Semi-Custom Table Covering

Abstract

A table cover comprising a table top covering portion having a planar unitary body and a perimeter thereabout; and a cinching mechanism attached to the perimeter of the table top covering portion in an expanded state for providing a table cover which molds around a table top upon retraction of the cinching mechanism.

1 . A table cover comprising: 
 a table top covering portion having a planar unitary body and a perimeter thereabout; and    a cinching mechanism attached to the perimeter of the table top covering portion in an expanded state for providing a table cover which molds around a table top upon retraction of the cinching mechanism.    
   
   
       2 . A table cover as in  claim 1  wherein said cinching mechanism is an elastic cord.  
   
   
       3 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , wherein said cinching mechanism is a drawstring cord.  
   
   
       4 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , wherein said table top covering portion is made of textile fabric.  
   
   
       5 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , wherein said table top covering portion is made of a synthetic vinyl materials.  
   
   
       6 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , wherein said table top covering portion is made of a plastic material.  
   
   
       7 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , further including additional material which hangs from the side of said table cover.  
   
   
       8 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , further including a thermal insulating layer.  
   
   
       9 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , further including reinforcing comer gussets.  
   
   
       10 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , further including a padded layer.  
   
   
       11 . A table cover as in  claim 1 , further including a liquid barrier layer.
