Abstract

The present invention discloses a trampoline frame structure, which comprises: multiple transverse pipes, six joint sleeves, and three support pipes, wherein all the transverse pipes are interconnected to form a circle; each joint sleeve has an insertion portion and a clamping portion, and the clamping portion can tightly clamp the connection portions of the transverse pipes, and the insertion portion of each joint sleeve is inserted into the opening of the end of the support pipe, and thus, the support pipes can support the circle formed by the transverse pipes. The trampoline frame structure of the present invention is constructed without the welding used in the conventional technology, and can be easily assembled and disassembled, and can be conveniently stored with less storage space occupied.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A trampoline frame structure, comprising:
multiple transverse pipes, interconnected to form a circle; at least six joint sleeves, wherein each said joint sleeve has an insertion portion and a clamping portion, and said clamping portions fixedly clamp the connection portions of said transverse pipes; at least three support pipes, wherein at least one opening of each said support pipe accommodates said insertion portion of said joint sleeve so that said circle formed by said transverse pipes can be supported by said support pipes.

2 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 1 , wherein said insertion portion of said joint sleeve further comprises at least two arc-shaped platelets, and a slit is formed between each two said arc-shaped platelets, and when said insertion portion is being inserted into the opening of said support pipe, the width of said slit will be pressed to shrink gradually, which enables the size of the opening of said clamping portion to decrease and enables said transverse pipes to be tightly clamped by said clamping portions.

3 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 2 , wherein the width of said slit grows gradually from one end of said slit to the other end near said clamping portion.

4 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 1 , wherein said transverse pipes are interconnected via sleeve-joint.

5 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 1 , wherein two ends of each said transverse pipe are partially flattened.

6 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 1 , wherein said support pipes are U-shaped.

7 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 1 , wherein each said transverse pipe has multiple holes, and said holes are used to install a bouncing face to said circle formed by said transverse pipes.

8 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 7 , wherein said bouncing face further comprises multiple elastic elements and a mat, and one end of said elastic element is joined to said hole of said transverse pipe, and the other end of said elastic element is joined to said mat.

9 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 8 , wherein said elastic elements are springs.

10 . The trampoline frame structure according to claim 1 , wherein said clamping portion of said joint sleeve is partially flattened.
