Abstract

A washing machine is described. The washing machine described comprises; a tub, a drum placed the tub therein, a permanent magnet placed on the drum and a stator interacting with the permanent magnet to generate a rotary power to the drum.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A washing machine comprising;
 a tub; a drum installed inside of the tub; a permanent magnet installed on the drum; and a stator interacting with the permanent magnet to generate a rotary power to the drum.

       2 . A washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the stator is installed on the tub.

       3 . A washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the stator is water-proof.

       4 . A washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the permanent magnet and the stator interacts in the radial direction of the drum.

       5 . A washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the permanent magnet and the stator interacts in the shaft direction of the drum.

       6 . A washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein the permanent magnet is in a close loop form.

       7 . A washing machine according to claim 1 , wherein a groove portion is formed on the drum, and the permanent magnet is placed therein.

       8 . A washing machine according to claim 7 , wherein the whole of the permanent magnet is placed inside of the groove portion.

       9 . A washing machine comprising;
 a tub accommodating a washing water therein, a drum installed inside of the tub, a permanent magnet installed on the drum, and a stator containing a winding part and winding coil wound around the winding part, interacting with the permanent magnet to generate a rotary power to the drum.

       10 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein the permanent magnet is placed to face on an end of the winding part.

       11 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein the permanent magnet is formed on the circumference of a predetermined radius in the drum.

       12 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein the winding part is placed on the shaft direction of the tub.

       13 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein the winding part is placed on the radius direction of the tub.

       14 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein the end of the winding part is exposed to the part facing the permanent magnet of the tub.

       15 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein a groove portion having a predetermined depth, is formed on the drum, and the permanent magnet is placed therein.

       16 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein the winding coil is water-proof.

       17 . A washing machine according to claim 9 , wherein the stator further comprises a frame extending the winding part therefrom.

       18 . A washing machine comprising;
 a drum; a groove formed in the drum; a permanent magnet installed in the groove portion; and, a stator interacting with the permanent magnet to generate a rotary power to the drum.

       19 . A washing machine according to claim 18 , wherein the groove portion is opened to the direction of the stator.

       20 . A washing machine according to claim 18 , wherein the groove portion is formed at a predetermined depth to place the whole of the permanent magnet therein.
