Abstract

A trenching jackhammer attachment which includes a rear and two side panels attached at right angles to each other and a shaft attached to a rear panel, which is then attached to a handheld jackhammer enabling the operator to mechanically dig out “plugs” of dirt, leaving a trench in the ground.

1 . A trenching jackhammer attachment, for use with a handheld jackhammer, to mechanically dig a trench into the ground.  
   
   
       2 . A trenching jackhammer attachment of  claim 1  comprising of a rear panel,  2  side panels attached at right angles to the rear panel and a shaft attached to the rear panel.  
   
   
       3 . A trenching jackhammer attachment of  claim 1  where said rear panel is made with sharpened teeth to enable it to cut into the ground.
