Laminate sheet, laminate sheet roll, and producing method therefor

Abstract

An adhesive sheet 301 A having a predetermined form is laminated onto a long release sheet 2 A, and a protective member 5 A which is thicker than the adhesive sheet 301 A is provided in a position so as not to overlap the adhesive sheet 301 A when a laminate sheet 1 A is wound into a roll. According to this laminate sheet 1 A, defects can be prevented from forming on the adhesive sheet 301 A when the laminate sheet 1 A is wound into a roll.

         15 . A laminate sheet windable into a roll, comprising: 
 a plurality of adhesive sheet portions having a predetermined form, formed from an adhesive sheet laminated on a long release sheet, and a protective member laminated on the long release sheet,    wherein said protective member is thicker than said adhesive sheet and is provided longitudinally on the long release sheet and spaced apart from said adhesive sheet portions so as not to overlap said adhesive sheet portions when said laminate sheet is wound longitudinally into a roll, and said adhesive sheet comprises a base material and an adhesive layer, the base material and the adhesive layer being made of different materials.    
     
     
         16 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 15 , wherein said adhesive sheet portions are provided longitudinally in a central portion of said release sheet, and said protective member is provided on both side portions of said release sheet in the direction of width of said release sheet.  
     
     
         17 . A laminate sheet windable into a roll, comprising: 
 a plurality of adhesive sheet portions having a predetermined form, formed from an adhesive sheet laminated on a long release sheet, and a protective member laminated on the long release sheet,    wherein said protective member is thicker than said adhesive sheet and is provided longitudinally on the long release sheet, spaced apart from said adhesive sheet portions and shaped to intrude between the adhesive sheet portions so as to partially overlap said adhesive sheet when said laminate sheet is wound longitudinally into a roll, and    said adhesive sheet comprises a base material and an adhesive layer, the base material and the adhesive layer being made of different materials.    
     
     
         18 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 17 , wherein said adhesive sheet portions are provided longitudinally in a central portion of said release sheet such that gaps are formed between adjacent adhesive sheet portions at least in the vicinity of both longitudinal side portions of said release sheet, and said protective member is wave-shaped and intrudes in the gaps.  
     
     
         19 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 17 , wherein the thickness of said protective member is greater than the thickness of said adhesive sheet by 5 to 100 μm.  
     
     
         20 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 17 , wherein the surface area of the overlapping part between said protective member and said adhesive sheet portions is not more than 50% of the surface area of said adhesive sheet portions.  
     
     
         21 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 15 , wherein said base material is constituted by a resin sheet.  
     
     
         22 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 15 , wherein said adhesive sheet portions are used for producing optical discs.  
     
     
         23 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 15 , wherein said adhesive sheet portion forms a cover sheet of an optical disc.  
     
     
         24 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 15 , wherein said adhesive sheet portions have a size and form that substantially conforms to a surface of an optical disc.  
     
     
         25 . A laminate sheet roll formed by winding the laminate sheet according to  claim 15 .  
     
     
         26 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 17 , wherein said base material is constituted by a resin sheet.  
     
     
         27 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 17 , wherein said adhesive sheet portions are used for producing optical discs.  
     
     
         28 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 17 , wherein said adhesive sheet portion forms a cover sheet of an optical disc.  
     
     
         29 . The laminate sheet according to  claim 17 , wherein said adhesive sheet portions have a size and form that substantially conforms to a surface of an optical disc.  
     
     
         30 . A laminate sheet roll formed by winding the laminate sheet according to  claim 17.
