Abstract

A liftable seat frame of an electric scooter includes a scooter body provided with a plurality of wheels on the bottom thereof, a driving device provided at a suitable position on the scooter body, at least one supporting pillar extended from a suitable position on the scooter body and around the periphery of the driving device, a frame provided at a suitable position on an upper end of the driving device, one end of which being pivotably connected to the supporting pillar, and a seat provided on the frame. According to the above structure, the seat is supported by the frame, and thus the driving device can be exposed and easily maintained by using the supporting pillar as a center of rotation to pivotably lift the frame and the seat thereon.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An electric scooter, comprising:
a scooter body provided with a plurality of wheels on the bottom thereof; a driving device provided at a suitable position on the scooter body; at least one supporting pillar extended from the scooter body and around the periphery of the driving device; a frame positioned on an upper end of the driving device, one end of which being pivotably connected to the supporting pillar; and a seat provided on the frame, wherein the seat is supported by the frame such that the frame and the seat thereon can be pivotably lifted by using the supporting pillar as a center of rotation.

2 . The electric scooter according to claim 1 , wherein at least one elastic supporting member is pivotably provided at a suitable position on the scooter body for supporting the frame.

3 . The electric scooter according to claim 2 , wherein the frame is pivotably connected to the elastic supporting member.

4 . The electric scooter according to claim 2 , wherein the frame includes a main beam and two lateral beams provided on both sides of the main beam.

5 . The electric scooter according to claim 4 , wherein a connecting pillar is extended from a suitable position on the top face of the main beam for supporting the seat.

6 . The electric scooter according to claim 4 , wherein at least auxiliary rod is extended downward from a suitable position on the bottom face of the main beam.

7 . The electric scooter according to claim 4 , wherein a pivoting portion is provided on the rear end of the lateral beam and the rear end of the main beam such that a pin can penetrate the pivoting portion and the elastic supporting member for fixing purpose.

8 . The electric scooter according to claim 1 , wherein a protective shell is provided in the exterior of the frame.

9 . The electric scooter according to claim 8 , wherein a locking portion is provided at a suitable position on the scooter body, and a locking block is provided on the bottom of the protective shell corresponding to the locking portion, to thereby the protective shell stably cover the scooter body without swinging.

10 . The electric scooter according to claim 1 , wherein a handle is extended from the rear end of the protective shell.

11 . The electric scooter according to claim 1 , wherein the auxiliary rod comprises an upper rod, a lower rod and a stopper 443 , one end of the upper rod is pivotably connected to the lower rod, the stopper is extended from one side of the upper rod, the stopper is exactly positioned on the rotating path of the lower rod, and an activating pin is provided on a side end of the stopper for controlling the stopper.

12 . The electric scooter according to claim 1 , wherein a supporting rod is extended upward from a suitable position on the scooter body, and the supporting rod provides an auxiliary force to support the protective shell when the seat covers the scooter body.

13 . The electric scooter according to claim 1 , wherein the rear wheels are provided with disc brakes for braking the scooter by one hand.
