Abstract

A cabinet includes a base plate, a top plate disposed above the base plate, to be spaced therefrom, a column member disposed between the top plate and the bottom plate to be coupled with the top plate and the bottom plate, a fastening member which is fastened to the column member through the top plate from an upper surface of the top plate, and a fastening member cover which is disposed on a top of the fastening member to cover it and is magnetically coupled with the fastening member. Thus, the cabinet improves an outer appearance thereof by preventing an exposure of the fastening members, and improving an efficiency in an assembly thereof.

1 . A cabinet, comprising: 
 a base plate;    a top plate disposed above the base plate to be spaced therefrom;    a column member disposed between the top plate and the base plate to be coupled with the top plate and the base plate;    a fastening member which is fastened to the column member through the top plate from an upper surface of the top plate; and    a fastening member cover which is disposed on a top of the fastening member to cover the fastening member and is magnetically coupled with the fastening member.    
     
     
         2 . The cabinet according to  claim 1 , wherein the fastening member cover comprises: 
 a cover main body to cover the fastening member, and    more than one magnet member mounted on the cover main body to be magnetically coupled to the fastening member.    
     
     
         3 . The cabinet according to  claim 2 , wherein the fastening member cover further comprises: 
 a magnet covering member coupled to the cover main body to interpose the magnet member therebetween.    
     
     
         4 . The cabinet according to  claim 3 , wherein a lower surface of the cover main body is provided with a magnet receiving part to receive the magnet member and a magnet cover receiving part to receive the magnet covering member.  
     
     
         5 . The cabinet according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 a middle plate disposed between the top plate and the base plate to be spaced from the top plate and the base plate,    wherein the column member includes a lower column member disposed between the base plate and the middle plate, and an upper column member disposed between the middle plate and the top plate.    
     
     
         6 . The cabinet according to  claim 5 , wherein the fastening member comprises: 
 at least one upper fastening member fastened to the upper column member through the top plate from the upper surface of the top plate; and    at least one lower fastening member fastened to the lower column member through the base plate from a lower surface of the base plate.    
     
     
         7 . The cabinet according to  claim 6 , further comprising: 
 at least one fastening member through-hole formed in the upper and the lower column member in a lengthwise direction; and    at least one connection member mounted through the middle plate and having female threaded portions at an upper and a lower end portion thereof,    wherein the upper fastening member comprises a long bolt to be fastened to the upper end portion of the connection member through the fastening member through-hole of the upper column member, and the lower fastening member comprises a long bolt to be fastened to the lower end portion of the connection member through the fastening member through-hole of the lower column member.    
     
     
         8 . The cabinet according to  claim 7 , wherein the connection member comprises a plastic material.  
     
     
         9 . The cabinet according to  claim 1 , further comprising: 
 an auxiliary column member spaced from the column member to be supported on a predetermined installation surface at a lower end thereof and coupled to the top plate at its upper end,    wherein the base plate has a top area less than that of the top plate.    
     
     
         10 . The cabinet according to  claim 9 , wherein the base plate is disposed adjacent to a predetermined display apparatus, and the lower end of the auxiliary column member is supported on an upper surface of a base part of the display apparatus.  
     
     
         11 . The cabinet according to  claim 10 , further comprising: 
 a middle plate disposed between the top plate and the base plate to be spaced from the top plate and the base plate,    wherein the auxiliary column member is provided with a lower auxiliary column member disposed below the middle plate, and an upper auxiliary column member disposed between the middle plate and the top plate.    
     
     
         12 . The cabinet according to  claim 5 , wherein at least one of the top plate, the base plate and the middle plate comprises glass.  
     
     
         13 . The cabinet according to  claim 11 , wherein at least one of the top plate, the base plate and the middle plate comprises glass.  
     
     
         14 . The cabinet according to  claim 1 , wherein the column member comprises wood.  
     
     
         15 . A cabinet having a frame and a top plate, comprising: 
 fastening members to secure the top plate to the frame, the fastening members having a head portion, the fastening members extending up through the top plate such that the head secures the top plate to the frame, the head portions having a magnetic property; and    a fastening member cover to cover the heads of the fastening member, the fastening member cover comprising: 
 magnets attached to the fastening member cover to magnetically connect to corresponding fastening members,  
 magnet receiving parts provided in the fastening member cover to receive the corresponding magnets,  
 magnet covers to attach to a side of the corresponding magnets opposite the fastening member cover, and  
 magnet cover receiving parts provided in the fastening member cover to receive corresponding ones of the magnet covers.  
   
     
     
         16 . The cabinet of  claim 15 , wherein the magnet covers seal the corresponding magnets in the magnet receiving parts.  
     
     
         17 . The cabinet of  claim 15 , wherein the magnet covers are adhered to the corresponding magnet cover receiving parts by an adhesive.  
     
     
         18 . A shelf apparatus usable with a display unit having a display base, the shelf apparatus comprising: 
 a top plate;    a column member to support a side of the top plate;    a base plate on which the column member is fastened at one side directly below the top plate; and    an auxiliary column member having a first end to support the top plate at another side of the top plate and a second end to rest on a top surface of the display base.    
     
     
         19 . The shelf apparatus of  claim 18 , further comprising: 
 a middle plate having an auxiliary middle fastening through hole; and    wherein the auxiliary column member comprises a lower auxiliary column portion provided between the base plate and the middle plate, and an upper auxiliary column portion provided between the middle plate and the top plate.    
     
     
         20 . The shelf apparatus of  claim 19 , wherein the lower auxiliary column portion comprises a coupling part to fasten to a lower auxiliary column fastening part of the upper auxiliary column member.  
     
     
         21 . The shelf apparatus of  claim 19 , wherein: 
 a side of the middle plate is supported by the column member, and    the column member comprises a lower column portion provided between the base plate and the middle plate and an upper column portion provided between the middle plate and the top plate.    
     
     
         22 . The shelf apparatus of  claim 21 , further comprising: 
 connecting members to connect the upper column portion to the lower column portion,    wherein:    the middle plate includes areas defining through-holes corresponding to the corresponding connecting members,    the lower column portion includes areas defining lower connecting member receiving parts to receive a lower end of the corresponding connecting members, and    the upper column portion includes areas defining upper connecting member receiving parts to receive an upper end of the corresponding connecting members.    
     
     
         23 . The shelf apparatus of  claim 18 , wherein the top plate has an area defining an auxiliary top fastening through-hole formed therein to correspond to the auxiliary column member.  
     
     
         24 . The shelf apparatus of  claim 23 , wherein the auxiliary column member is fastened to the top plate by a fastener provided through the auxiliary top fastening through hole.  
     
     
         25 . The shelf apparatus of  claim 18 , wherein the lower end comprises a contact pad.  
     
     
         26 . A shelf assembly useable with a display apparatus having a display unit and a base, the shelf assembly comprising: 
 at least one rectangular shelf;    a column member fastened at one end thereof to a first part of a lower surface of the at least one rectangular shelf;    a base member fastened at an upper surface thereof to an opposite end of the column member to support the column member and the at least one rectangular shelf, the base member to be positioned in a same plane with the base of the display apparatus such that at least one side of the base member rests against a side of the base of the display apparatus; and    an auxiliary column member fastened at one end thereof to a second part of the lower portion of the rectangular shelf opposite to the first part and a second end thereof to rest on the base of the display apparatus.    
     
     
         27 . The shelf assembly of  claim 26 , wherein a side of the base member has a shape to join with a side of the display base part.  
     
     
         28 . The shelf assembly of  claim 26 , wherein the base member is fastened to the column member by a plurality of fastening members.  
     
     
         29 . The shelf assembly of  claim 28 , wherein: 
 the column member has a triangular shape and has through-holes provided at each corner of the of the column member corresponding to the plurality of fastening members, and    the fastening members are received in the corresponding through-holes.    
     
     
         30 . The shelf assembly of  claim 28 , wherein the at least one rectangular shelf is fastened to the column member by the plurality of fastening members.  
     
     
         31 . The shelf assembly of  claim 30 , wherein the at least one rectangular shelf has areas defining fastener through-holes in an area corresponding to the plurality of fastening members.  
     
     
         32 . The shelf assembly of  claim 31 , further comprising: 
 bushings provided in the corresponding fastener through-holes to receive the corresponding plurality of fastening members,    wherein an upper end of the column member has bushing receiving parts formed therein to receive a corresponding lower end of the bushings.    
     
     
         33 . The shelf assembly of  claim 28 , wherein the base plate has areas defining lower fastener through-holes in an area corresponding to the plurality of fastening members.  
     
     
         34 . The shelf assembly of  claim 33 , further comprising: 
 lower bushings provided in the corresponding lower fastener through-holes to receive the corresponding the plurality of fastening members,    wherein a lower end of the column member has lower bushing receiving parts formed therein to receive a corresponding upper end of the lower bushings.    
     
     
         35 . The shelf assembly of  claim 33 , further comprising: 
 a fastening member support part provided on a side of a bottom surface of the base plate having through-holes corresponding to the plurality of fasteners to receive the plurality of fasteners, and an auxiliary leg member to support the side of base plate corresponding to the plurality of fastening members.    
     
     
         36 . The shelf assembly of  claim 28 , wherein to the plurality of fastening members comprise: 
 a body having a threaded portion thereon, and    a head portion provided on at least one end of the body, the head having a cross section greater than a cross section of the body.    
     
     
         37 . The shelf assembly of  claim 26 , wherein the base plate comprises leg members provided on a bottom side of the base plate to support the base plate.
