Abstract

The method and apparatus pertains to conjoining the upper and lower garment to achieve additional support for the lower garment with out the need for suspender straps. At the same time the apparatus remove wrinkles and bulging material in the upper garment that is tucked in. A high adhesive rubber pad is attached to a durable waistband bracket that supports the belt which directly supports the belt loops which are attached to the waistband which supports the weight of the lower garment. Multiple strapless belt suspenders contribute to the support of the weight of the lower garment The additional holding power of the strapless belt suspenders will allow the user the freedom of wearing the lower garment at the height wanted without the use of straps. This extra support will allow the user to show better physical posture by allowing the stomach to be pulled in without their lower garment dropping. The apparatus is comfortable to wear, easy to install or remove and allows the user to leave them in place on the waistband when lowering or removing the lower or upper garment.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method to support the lower garment and at the same time gently pulling the upper garment in a downward direction producing a neat and presentable appearance of the upper garment The support is accomplished without the need for shoulder straps over or under the upper garment This method comprises:
 a. a plastic or metal bracket that has an oval pad molded over and around an oval portion of the plastic or metal bracket encapsulating it. b. an oval pad that has high adhesive properties. c. the oval pad has a very low reading on the Shore A scale when testing with a Durometer. d. the oval pad has seven symmetrically positioned holes on both sides of the pad for better adhesion and appearance. e. a right offset bracket to allow the hook to be hidden from sight behind the right belt loop. f. a left offset bracket to allow the hook to be hidden from sight behind the left belt loop. g. left and right brackets can be worn on the waistband in the front and or also on the rear side of the hips. h. front and rear brackets are interchangeable. i. user can wear two or more brackets with pads depending on the users need for support. j. that the normal number of holders for support for daily activity is one pair located near the front left and right belt loop. k. 90 degree bend in the bracket that allows the bracket to slide over the waistband of the lower garment. 1 . a 90 degree bend in the end of the bracket that is opposite to the pad. This bend looks like a hook when viewed in a cross sectional view. m. I claim that the waistband 90 degree bend length varies in location on the bracket directly with the width and thickness of the belt. n. I claim that the bracket length varies directly with the width and thickness of the belt. o. a bracket belt hook that varies directly in gap distance to the thickness of a belt. p. the oval pads are comfortable to wear and have a gripping power when pressed against clothing. q. the gripping power of the rubber pads when pressed against clothing is so great that when a plurality is used a large amount of holding power is created. r. the strapless belt suspenders will support the belt support lower garments that have a loose fit around the waist. s. the right and left strapless belt suspenders will not twist from the waistline because of the 90 degree bend for the waistband that is offset from center to allow the belt hook to be hidden in the belt loop because the belt hook is vertically centered.

2 . The method includes how the apparatus is installed or removed and how they work when upper garments are or are not involved.
 a. with the belt fastened, the apparatus is slid on the waistband of the lower garment with the pad facing the person's body. The bracket with the hook end will slide between the belt and the outer side of the waistband. The belt is pulled up and onto the belt hook. The apparatus is then slid along the belt and waistband to the closest belt loop and because of the offset, the hook can be hidden inside the belt loop and the pad is hidden behind the waistband. b. to remove the strapless suspenders, to put on a different lower garment slide the apparatus away from the belt loop. Next lift the belt out of the belt hook and slide the entire apparatus up and off the waistband of the lower garment c. when the outer garment is not tucked in and the under garment Is tucked in then the rubber pad will adhere to the undergarment. d. when the person is wearing an undergarment and an outer garment then the rubber pad will adhere to the outer garment.

1 . I claim an apparatus that has a plastic or metal bracket encapsulated with a high adhesive property rubber and bent twice to form a hook for the waistband and a hook for the belt and has an offset that hides the hook in the belt loop.

2 . I claim an apparatus that will support the belt which supports the belt loops that support the lower garment and at the same time gently pull the upper garment in a downward direction producing a neat and presentable appearance of the upper garment The support is accomplished without shoulder straps.

3 . I claim an apparatus that has a plastic or metal material thick enough and durable enough to withstand the forces encountered while engaged in normal sports and daily wear.

4 . I claim a rubber pad without holes which provides good gripping power and a good appearance with a very low reading on the Shore A Scale.

5 . I claim a rubber pad with holes for extra gripping power and better appearance than a pad with no holes

5 a. the rubber pad has a very low reading on the Shore A Scale.

6 . I claim an apparatus consisting of a plastic or metal bracket and oval rubber pad with a right offset to allow for concealment of the hook.

7 . I claim an apparatus consisting of a plastic or metal bracket and oval rubber pad with a left offset to allow for concealment of the hook.

8 . I claim an apparatus consisting of a plastic or metal bracket and oval rubber pad for easy attachment to a belt

9 . I claim an apparatus consisting of a plastic or metal bracket that places the belt hook directly in the center of the pad so that the offset does not cause the oval pad to twist out from the waistband.

10 . I claim the apparatus will not be damaged by moisture or water.

11 . I claim an apparatus consisting of a plastic or metal bracket and a rubber covering that will not be damaged by machine washing if the user forgets to remove them from the lower garment.

12 . I claim an apparatus consisting of a plastic or metal bracket and a rubber covering that is heat resistant up to a temperature that it will not be damaged in clothes drier if the user forgets to remove them from the lower garment.

13 . I claim that this apparatus allows the user to easily unbuckle their belt and drop their lower garment without restrictions.

14 . I claim that this apparatus allows the user to easily raise their lower garment and buckle their belt without restrictions.

15 . I claim that the apparatus can be placed anywhere on the waistband and belt.

16 . I claim that this apparatus will allow the user to pull their stomach in for better posture and eye appeal without their lower garment dropping down.

17 . The right and left strapless belt suspenders will not twist from the waistline because of the 90 degree bend for the waistband that is offset from center to allow the belt hook to be hidden in the belt loop because the belt hook is vertically centered.

18 . I claim that the person wearing the garment holders has the option to decide how many belt suspenders to wear for what type of activity. For example:

18 a. normal daily activities—1 bracket on the left and one on the right both placed in the front of the garment under belt and into belt loops. Another option is a belt holder on the front side of each hip.

18 b. normal activities but doing pull in stomach exercises—place bracket near front two left belt loops and the front two right belt loops.

18 c. long walk—one left and one right bracket for the front of the garment belt loops and one or two near the hips or in little behind the hip area.

18 d. normal sports are for example: Tennis, Golf, Roller Blading, Bowling, Throwing Horse Shoes, Dart Throwing, Baseball, Snow Skiing, Jogging or Running—two brackets in the front and two brackets to the rear of the hips.
