Abstract

Nucleic acids encoding SOC/CRAC calcium channel polypeptides, including fragments and biologically functional variants thereof and encoded polypeptides are provided. The nucleic acids and polypeptides disclosed herein are useful as therapeutic and diagnostic agents. Agents that selectively bind to the foregoing polypeptides and genes also are provided.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof that selectively binds to a polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:30.

2 . The isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the antigen-binding fragment is a Fab fragment, a F(ab) 2 fragment or a fragment comprising a CDR3 region selective for the polypeptide.

3 . The isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody.

4 . The isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a polyclonal antibody.

5 . The isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a single chain antibody.

6 . The isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the antibody is a humanized antibody or a chimeric antibody.

7 . The isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of claim 1 , wherein the antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof is detectably labeled.

8 . A pharmaceutical composition comprising a pharmaceutically effective amount of one or more isolated antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof of any of claims 1 -7 and a pharmaceutically acceptable carrier.
