Hanging device for a Roman shade

Abstract

A hanging device for a Roman shade includes a shade cloth with a cloth tube formed in its upper end, an upper tubular rod and two brackets. The cloth tube has two opposite holes, and the upper tubular rod has two opposite vertical holes corresponding to the location of the two holes of said cloth tube, and the upper tubular rod extends in the cloth tube so vertical bolts of the two brackets may pass through those two holes of the upper tubular rod and the cloth tube and then screwed tightly with a nut for supporting the upper tubular rod together with the cloth shade. Then the two brackets are fixed on a wall available for fixing the Roman shade. Further, a finial can be attached with two ends of the upper tubular rod for decoration. Then the Roman shade is optionally applicable to an inside mounted one, an outside mounted one, or an outside one with finials.

A hanging device for a Roman shade, said hanging device comprising a cloth shade with a cloth tube formed at its upper end, an upper tubular rod extending in said cloth tube of said shade cloth, a raising device attached on said cloth shade, at least two brackets fixing on a wall available for supporting said upper tubular rod, each said bracket having a vertical bolt for supporting said upper tubular rod: 
 characterized by said cloth tube of said cloth shade provided with at least two vertical holes located in two free ends, and by said upper tubular rod provided with two vertical through holes in two free ends corresponding the location of said two vertical holes of said cloth tube, said bolts of said two brackets passing through said two holes of said cloth tube and of said upper tubular rod and engaging tightly with a nut so that said Roman shade may be hung on said brackets.    
     
     
         2 . The hanging device for a Roman shade as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said upper tubular rod has a circular cross section.  
     
     
         3 . The hanging device for a Roman shade as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said upper tubular rod has a D-shaped cross section.  
     
     
         4 . The hanging device for a Roman shade as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said upper tubular rod has a threaded hole in each of the two end surfaces.  
     
     
         5 . The hanging device for a Roman shade as claimed in  claim 4 , wherein a finial is engaged with each said threaded hole of said two end surfaces of said upper tubular rod.  
     
     
         6 . The hanging device for a Roman shade as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said upper tubular rod has a finial respectively attached on two ends.  
     
     
         7 . The hanging device for a Roman shade as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said upper tubular rod has a circular vertical hole in one end, and a slot-shaped vertical hole in the other end.
