Abstract
An automatic production line for processing and assembling components for industries in general, comprising a base frame which supports a plurality of operating units for providing the required processes and forms at least one runway, which affects the operating units and supports at least one trolley for supporting at least one part to be processed, the supporting trolley being provided with a motor for the movement of the trolley, the motor being controlled by an electronic control unit for independent and programmable management, the automatic production line further comprising one unit for transferring the movable trolley on a substantially horizontal plane.

An automatic production line for processing and assembling components for industries, comprising: a base frame that forms at least one runway; a plurality of operating units for providing required processes supported on said base frame; and at least one trolley for supporting at least one part to be processed; motor means operatively connected to said at least one trolley for actuating movement thereof; an electronic control unit for controlling independent and programmable management of said motor means; and at least one transfer unit for transferring said at least one movable trolley on a substantially horizontal plane.
2 . The automatic production line according of claim 1 , wherein said electronic control unit is functionally connected to said motor means by way of a wireless Ethernet system.
3 . The automatic production line of claim 1 , further comprising a supervising personal computer which is connected for data communication with said electronic control unit.

The automatic production line of claim 1 , comprising a profiled member which forms said runway, a pinion and a rack; said motor means for moving said at least one trolley comprising a motor which acts on said pinion which is oscillatable in order to mesh with said rack which is fixed to said profiled member.

The automatic production line of claim 4 , further comprising a support that supports said motor and said pinion, said support being mounted on and so as to oscillate about a vertical pivot which is connected to said trolley, and a pusher spring which acts against said support and abuts against a fixed abutment associated with said trolley.

The automatic production line of claim 4 , comprising electrical contacts and double sliding contacts engaging with said electrical contacts in order to maintain contact when passing over a mechanical/electrical gap between said runway and said at least one transfer unit said electrical and sliding contacts being located on said profiled member which constitutes said runway.
7 . The automatic production line of claim 6 , wherein said electrical contacts are constituted by low-voltage electrified bars.
8 . The automatic production line of claim 1 , wherein said at least one transfer unit comprises at least one portion of track which is adapted to support at least one trolley.
9 . The automatic production line of claim 8 , comprising mutually parallel runways, said at least one portion of track being provided so as to perform a translational motion parallel to itself for connection of said mutually parallel runways.
10 . The automatic production line of claim 8 , comprising mutually angled runways, said portion of track of said at least one transfer unit being rotatable about a vertical axis for connection of said mutually angled runways.
11 . The automatic production line of claim 8 , wherein said portion of track of said at least one transfer unit is provided so as to perform a translational motion and rotation about a substantially vertical axis.
12 . The automatic production line of claim 1 , comprising a plurality of runways arranged parallel to each other, and two portions of track which are located on said at least one transfer unit, mutually parallel and spaced, for enabling transfer of said at least one trolley on said plurality of runways arranged parallel to each other.
13 . The automatic production line of claim 1 , comprising at least one worktable located on said at least one trolley and which is provided with locking/release and indexing devices for positioning the worktable in a preset position.
