Holding device

Abstract

The invention relates to a holder for attaching a lighter to the narrow face of a cigarette packet. The holder includes two spring lugs, overlapping the cigarette packet in the area of said narrow face on a front side and a rear side. At least one spring lug has a ridge-type stop element on an inner side, facing the other spring lug, said element extending at least over a partial length of the spring lug and parallel or approximately parallel to the lighter axis.

A holder for fastening a lighter to a narrow side of a cigarette box with two arms overlapping the cigarette box in the area of said narrow side on one front side and on one back side, wherein the arms are designed as spring arms, at least one spring arm on one inner side facing the other spring arm, features a catch extending at least along part of the length of the spring arm and parallel or approximately parallel to an axis of the lighter.  
   
   
       2 . The holder according to  claim 1 , wherein at least one mandrel-shaped projection is provided on at least one spring arm.

The holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the at least one catch is provided in the immediate proximity of one bearing surface, with which the holder or the lighter bears against the narrow side of the cigarette box, so that a groove formed by the catch in the front side and/or back side of the cigarette box and accommodating the catch extends in the immediate proximity of the narrow side.  
   
   
       4 . The holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the spring arms are formed onto a body of the lighter.  
   
   
       5 . The holder according to  claim 1 , wherein the spring arms are part of the holder holding the lighter.  
   
   
       6 . The holder according to  claim 5 , wherein the spring arms are formed onto one section of the holder and that at least one retainer for the lighter is provided on the section.  
   
   
       7 . The holder according to  claim 6 , wherein the retainer is formed by at least two clamps or spring arm-shaped wall sections.  
   
   
       8 . A holding device for fastening a lighter to a cigarette box, wherein the holding device features at least one sword-shaped spring clip, which can be pushed into the cigarette box.  
   
   
       9 . The holding device according to  claim 8 , wherein the spring clip has spring-action edge areas.  
   
   
       10 . The holding device according to  claim 9 , wherein the spring-action edge areas are edge areas in the form of clip springs.  
   
   
       11 . The holding device according to  claim 1 , wherein the spring clips are manufactured as one piece with the lighter or its body.  
   
   
       12 . The holding device according to  claim 1 , wherein the spring clip is connected with the body of the lighter, by sliding along a groove or with spring-action, by pressing on, by snapping on, or by twisting on.  
   
   
       13 . The holding device according to  claim 8 , wherein the spring clip is connected with a retainer for the lighter.  
   
   
       14 . The holding device according to  claim 8 , wherein the spring clip is width-adjustable.  
   
   
       15 . The holding device according to  claim 8 , wherein the spring clip is a one piece with a retainer for the lighter.  
   
   
       16 . The holding device according to  claim 15 , wherein the retainer for the lighter is a retainer ring or retainer clips.  
   
   
       17 . The holding device according to  claim 15 , wherein the retainer for the lighter is formed by a wall section connected with the spring clip and with clips or spring arms on said wall section.  
   
   
       18 . The holding device according to  claim 17 , wherein an opening or recess is provided on the wall section, through which the spring clip is fully visible.  
   
   
       19 . A holding device for fastening to a rectangular object, to one side of a package, whereby one wall section and arms provided on two opposing sides of the wall section and extending beyond the sides of said wall section, wherein the arms feature a catch and/or at least one mandrel-shaped projection on at least one side of the wall section on facing inner sides.  
   
   
       20 . The holding device according to  claim 19 , wherein the arms feature catches and at least one projection on each side of the wall section.  
   
   
       21 . The holding device according to  claim 19 , wherein the at least one catch is in the form of a strip extending parallel to the longitudinal extension of the holder.  
   
   
       22 . The holding device according to one of the foregoing claims, characterized in that it is made of plastic.
