Abstract

The present invention discloses a water-filtered dust collector, which comprises a housing with a handle. A battery package is disposed at one end of the housing, and a suction nozzle is disposed at the other end. A suction nozzle mounting is disposed at the bottom of the suction nozzle. A suction nozzle fixing bush is disposed between the suction nozzle mounting and the housing. An electric motor driven by batteries in the battery package and fan blades driven by the electric motor are disposed in the suction nozzle fixing bush and the housing. A water vessel is disposed on the suction nozzle mounting. An air steering pipe is disposed at a position corresponding to the suction nozzle on an end surface far from the suction nozzle of the suction nozzle mounting. An air inlet pipe is disposed on the septum of the suction nozzle fixing bush, with one end inserted into the water vessel to communicate the suction nozzle fixing bush with the water vessel. And therefore, it has the following advantages: easy for cleaning, as it is filtered by water; easy for replacing, as it is convenient to assemble and disassemble; environmentally friendly, as it can be reused; and saving the use-cost due to its high applicability.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A water filtered dust collector, comprising a housing with a handle, wherein the housing is consisted of front and back housings, which are engaged with each other, a battery package is disposed at one end of the housing, a suction nozzle is disposed at the other end, a suction nozzle mounting communicating with the suction nozzle is disposed at the bottom of the suction nozzle, a suction nozzle fixing bush is disposed between the suction nozzle mounting and the housing to connect and fix them, an electric motor driven by the batteries in the battery package and fan blades driven by the electric motor are disposed in the suction nozzle fixing bush and the housing, characterized in that:
a water vessel for holding water is disposed in parallel to the suction nozzle on the suction nozzle mounting; an air steering pipe, which may redirect the water-filtered air, is disposed at a position corresponding to the suction nozzle on an end surface far from the suction nozzle of the suction nozzle mounting; an air inlet pipe is disposed on the septum of the suction nozzle fixing bush, with one end inserted into the water vessel to communicate the suction nozzle fixing bush with the water vessel.

2 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the air steering pipe extends in a direction opposite to the direction the air inlet pipe extends in the suction nozzle fixing bush to form a cavity, which corresponds to the center of the fan blades.

3 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the air inlet pipe is a straight pipe with an elbow of 90 degrees at the end of the water vessel.

4 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in claim 1 , characterized in that the water vessel connects with the suction nozzle mounting, a boss is disposed on the suction nozzle mounting, on which the water vessel can be enclosed removably; the air inlet pipe extends through the suction nozzle mounting and is located at the center of the water vessel, and the connection between the suction nozzle mounting and the air inlet pipe is a tight connection.

5 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that the battery package and the housing are fixed and connected by a connection plug.

6 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in claim 5 , characterized in that the connection plug has a body, with two elastic clip pins at one end of the body, wherein the width of the two ends of the body is greater than that of the clip pins, and the two ends are disposed within the clip socket at a corresponding position of the housing.

7 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that a handheld handle is formed after engaging the front and back housings.

8 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that an exhaust slot, which may exhaust the air from the air steering pipe out of the dust collector, is disposed at a position opposite to the handle.

9 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that the water vessel may be cylindrical.

10 . The water filtered dust collector as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 4 , characterized in that the water vessel may be rectangular or of any other shapes.
