exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . I claim the seat saddle bag works with any seat, chair, wheelchair or a walker. The seat cover portion extends over the seat, you are seating on the cover. The straps, at the end of the seat cover are the straps which you attach to either the arms or legs by tieing the straps. The pouch or pocket portion hangs over the front of the seat, the side or the back and you place your items (hat, purse can, bottles, papers,etc.) inside and close the flap. The valcro keeps the flap closed securly.
