Abstract

The “Lil Scratchy” is a light weight plastic tool that easily attaches to the head of a standard 24 ″ broom. The primary function of the “Lil Scratchy” is to dislodge stubborn debris encountered while sweeping unfinished floors. Simply by turning the broom over (180°), the broom acts as a scraper. It can then be flipped back over (180°) and sweeping is resumed. The concept is to save time in prepping or cleaning unfinished floor surfaces.
