Recording medium with electronic ticket definitions recorded thereon and electronic ticket processing methods and apparatus

Abstract

An electronic ticket comprises a ticket ID 233 , an issuer ID 237 , right information 239 of the electronic ticket, and issue, transfer and redeem conditions 240, 241 and 242 , the entire block of these pieces of information being attached with an issuer's signature 235 . In each of the issue, transfer and redeem conditions there are recorded ticket schema ID's which specify the types of tickets that the ticket sender and receiver are required to possess, and in each phase of the issue, transfer and redeem transactions it is verified whether these conditions are satisfied.

1 . An electronic ticket representing the rights of its owner, comprising: 
 an issuer identifier which defines an identifier of an issuer of said electronic ticket;    right information which defines right information of said electronic ticket;    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket;    an owner identifier which defines an identifier of the owner of said electronic ticket; and    an issuer signature;    wherein said qualification condition specifies a ticket that at least one of an electronic ticket receiver and an electronic ticket sender is required to possess.    
     
     
         2 . The electronic ticket of  claim 1 , further comprising a schema identifier which defines an identifier of an electronic ticket schema which defines the information structure of said electronic ticket.  
     
     
         3 . An electronic ticket representing its ownership, comprising: 
 an issuer identifier which defines an identifier of an issuer of said electronic ticket;    right information which defines right information of said electronic ticket; and    a schema identifier which defines an identifier of an electronic ticket schema which defines the information structure of said electronic ticket;    wherein said electronic schema comprises:    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         4 . The electronic ticket of  claim 1 , wherein said electronic ticket contains, as said qualification condition, an identifier of a ticket schema which defines the information structure of said ticket that at least either one of said sender and said receiver is required to possess in advance.  
     
     
         5 . The electronic ticket of  claim 1 , further comprising a condition satisfaction certificate which certifies that said specified condition is satisfied.  
     
     
         6 . An electronic ticket schema for defining the information structure of an electronic ticket, comprising: 
 a right information structure which defines the structure of right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         7 . A recording medium with an electronic ticket recorded thereon, said recording medium having recorded thereon: 
 an issuer identifier which defines an identifier of an issuer of said electronic ticket;    right information which defines right information of said electronic ticket;    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket;    an owner identifier which defines an identifier of the owner of said electronic ticket; and    an issuer signature;    wherein said qualification condition specifies a ticket that at least one of an electronic ticket receiver and an electronic ticket sender is required to possess.    
     
     
         8 . The recording medium of  claim 7 , which has further recorded thereon a schema identifier which defines an identifier of an electronic ticket schema which defines the information structure of said electronic ticket.  
     
     
         9 . A recording medium with an electronic ticket recorded thereon, said recording medium having recorded thereon: 
 an issuer identifier which defines an identifier of an issuer of said electronic ticket;    right information which defines right information of said electronic ticket; and    a schema identifier which defines an identifier of an electronic ticket schema which defines the information structure of said electronic ticket;    wherein said electronic schema comprises:    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         10 . The recording medium of  claim 7 , which has recorded thereon an identifier of a ticket schema which defines the information structure of said ticket that at least either one of said sender and said receiver is required to possess in advance.  
     
     
         11 . The recording medium of  claim 7 , which has further recorded thereon a condition satisfaction certificate which certifies that said at least one specified condition is satisfied.  
     
     
         12 . A recording medium on which there is recorded an electronic ticket schema which defines the information structure of an electronic ticket, said recording medium having recorded thereon: 
 a right information structure which defines the structure of right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         13 . An apparatus for issuing an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; an issue condition recording part for recording an issue condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said issue condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said issue condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess, said issuing apparatus comprising: 
 means for recording said issuer identifier, said right information, said issue condition, said owner identifier, and said issuer signature in said issuer identifier recording part, said right information recording part, said condition recording part, said owner identifier recording part, and said signature recording part, respectively;    means for verifying whether said receiver possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    means for sending said electronic ticket to said receiver when it is verified by said verifying means that said receiver possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         14 . The issuing apparatus of  claim 13 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said issue condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.  
     
     
         15 . The issuing apparatus of  claim 13 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part further defines, as said issue condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, and said verifying means includes means for verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         16 . The issuing apparatus of  claim 15 , wherein said electronic ticket includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording an issue condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition, said issuing apparatus further comprising means for recording said issue condition satisfaction certificate in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part when the presence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part is verified by said verifying means.  
     
     
         17 . An apparatus for transferring an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket, a transfer condition recording part for recording a transfer condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said transfer condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said transfer condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess, said apparatus comprising: 
 means for verifying whether said receiver possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    means for sending said electronic ticket to said receiver when it is verified by said verifying means that said receiver possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         18 . The transferring apparatus of  claim 17 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said issue condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said electronic ticket issuer is required to possess.  
     
     
         19 . The transferring apparatus of  claim 17 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket further defines, as said transfer condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, and said verifying means includes means for verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         20 . The transferring apparatus of  claim 19 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a transfer condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition, said transferring apparatus further comprising means for recording said transfer condition satisfaction certificate in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part when the presence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part is verified by said verifying means.  
     
     
         21 . An apparatus for receiving an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; a condition recording part for recording a move condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said move condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, said receiving apparatus comprising: 
 means for verifying whether said sender possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part;    an electronic ticket storage device; and    means for storing said electronic ticket in said electronic ticket storage device when it is verified by said verifying means that said sender possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         22 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 21 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said move condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said electronic ticket issuer is required to possess.  
     
     
         23 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 22 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said move condition, and said verifying means includes means for verifying said condition satisfaction certificate recorded in said condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         24 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 23 , wherein: said move condition is an issue condition for issuing said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition; and said condition satisfaction certificate verifying means includes means for verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said issue condition, and for verifying whether said issue condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         25 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 23 , wherein: said move condition is a transfer condition for transferring said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which specifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition; and means for verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said transfer condition, and for verifying whether said transfer condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         26 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 21 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part defines, as said move condition, a second schema identifier which specifies the schema of a second ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.  
     
     
         27 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 26 , wherein said verifying means includes means for verifying whether said electronic ticket receiver possesses said second ticket of said schema specified by said second schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         28 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 21 , further comprising means for verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received is defined by an electronic ticket schema definer contained in a schema definer table in which an identifier of an electronic ticket schema definer is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said electronic ticket schema definer which defines said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         29 . The receiving apparatus of  claim 21 , further comprising means for verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received has an identifier contained in a schema identifier table in which a ticket schema identifier is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         30 . An apparatus for punching an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; a condition recording part for recording a move condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said move condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, said punching apparatus comprising: 
 means for verifying whether said sender possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    a storage device for storing said an electronic ticket when it is verified by said verifying means that said sender possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         31 . The punching apparatus of  claim 30 , wherein said qualification condition defining part defines, as said move condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said sender is required to possess.  
     
     
         32 . The punching apparatus of  claim 31 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a move condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said move condition, and said verifying means includes means for verifying said move condition satisfaction certificate recorded in said move condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         33 . The punching apparatus of  claim 32 , wherein: said move condition is an issue condition for issuing said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition; and said condition satisfaction certificate verifying means includes means for verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said issue condition, and for verifying whether said issue condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         34 . The punching apparatus of  claim 32 , wherein: said move condition is a transfer condition for transferring said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition; and said condition satisfaction certificate verifying means includes means for verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said transfer condition, and for verifying whether said transfer condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         35 . The punching apparatus of  claim 32 , wherein: said move condition is a redeem condition for redeeming said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a redeem condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said redeem condition; and said condition satisfaction certificate verifying means includes means for verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said redeem condition, and for verifying whether said redeem condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said redeem condition satisfaction certificate recording part.

The punching apparatus of  claim 30 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part defines, as said move condition, a second schema identifier which specifies the schema of a second ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.

The punching apparatus of  claim 36 , wherein said verifying means includes means for verifying whether said electronic ticket receiver possesses said second ticket of said schema specified by said second schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         38 . The punching apparatus of  claim 30 , further comprising means for verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received is defined by an electronic ticket schema definer contained in a schema definer table in which an identifier of an electronic ticket schema definer is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said electronic ticket schema definer which defines said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         39 . The punching apparatus of  claim 30 , further comprising means for verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received has an identifier contained in a schema identifier table in which a ticket schema identifier is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         40 . A method for issuing an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; an issue condition recording part for recording an issue condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said issue condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said issue condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess, said issuing method comprising the steps of: 
 (a) recording said issuer identifier, said right information, said issue condition, said owner identifier, and said issuer signature in said issuer identifier recording part, said right information recording part, said condition recording part, said owner identifier recording part, and said signature recording part, respectively;    (b) verifying whether said receiver possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    (c) sending said electronic ticket to said receiver when it is verified by said step (b) that said receiver possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         41 . The issuing method of  claim 40 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said issue condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.  
     
     
         42 . The issuing method of  claim 40 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part further defines, as said issue condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, and said step (a) includes the step of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         43 . The issuing method of  claim 42 , wherein said electronic ticket includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording an issue condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition, said issuing method further comprising the step of recording said issue condition satisfaction certificate in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part when the presence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part is verified by said step (a).  
     
     
         44 . A method for transferring an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket, a condition recording part for recording a transfer condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said transfer condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said transfer condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess, said transferring method comprising the steps of: 
 (a) verifying whether said receiver possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    (b) sending said electronic ticket to said receiver when it is verified by said step (a) that said receiver possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         45 . The transferring method of  claim 44 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said transfer condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said electronic ticket issuer is required to possess.  
     
     
         46 . The transferring method of  claim 44 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket further defines, as said transfer condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, and said step (a) includes the step of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         47 . The transferring method of  claim 46 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a transfer condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition, said transferring method further comprising the step of recording said transfer condition satisfaction certificate in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part when the presence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part is verified by said step (a).  
     
     
         48 . A method for receiving an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; a condition recording part for recording a move condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said move condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, said receiving method comprising the steps of: 
 (a) verifying whether said sender possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    (b) storing said electronic ticket in a storage device when it is verified by said step (a) that said sender possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         49 . The receiving method of  claim 48 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said move condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that said electronic ticket issuer is required to possess.  
     
     
         50 . The receiving method of  claim 49 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said move condition, and said step (a) includes the step of verifying said condition satisfaction certificate recorded in said condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         51 . The receiving method of  claim 50 , wherein: said move condition is an issue condition for issuing said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said issue condition, and verifying whether said issue condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         52 . The receiving method of  claim 50 , wherein: said move condition is a transfer condition for transferring said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said transfer condition, and verifying whether said transfer condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         53 . The receiving method of  claim 48 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part defines, as said move condition, a second schema identifier which specifies the schema of a second ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.  
     
     
         54 . The receiving method of  claim 53 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether said electronic ticket receiver possesses said second ticket of said schema specified by said second schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         55 . The receiving method of  claim 48 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received is defined by an electronic ticket schema definer contained in a schema definer table in which an identifier of an electronic ticket schema definer is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said electronic ticket schema definer which defines said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         56 . The receiving method of  claim 48 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received has an identifier contained in a schema identifier table in which a ticket schema identifier is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         57 . A method for punching an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; a condition recording part for recording a move condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said move condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, said punching method comprising the steps of: 
 (a) verifying whether said sender possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    (b) storing said ticket in a storage device when it is verified by said step (a) that said sender possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         58 . The punching method of  claim 57 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said move condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said sender is required to possess.  
     
     
         59 . The punching method of  claim 58 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a move condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said move condition, and said step (a) includes the step of verifying said move condition satisfaction certificate recorded in said move condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         60 . The punching method of  claim 59 , wherein: said move condition is an issue condition for issuing said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said issue condition, and verifying whether said issue condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         61 . The punching method of  claim 59 , wherein: said move condition is a transfer condition for transferring said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition; and said step (a) include the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said transfer condition, and verifying whether said transfer condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         62 . The punching method of  claim 59 , wherein: said move condition is a redeem condition for redeeming said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a redeem condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said redeem condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said redeem condition, and verifying whether said redeem condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said redeem condition satisfaction certificate recording part.  
     
     
         63 . The punching method of  claim 57 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part defines, as said move condition, a second schema identifier which specifies the schema of a second ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.  
     
     
         64 . The punching method of  claim 63 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether said electronic ticket receiver possesses said second ticket of said schema specified by said second schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         65 . The punching method of  claim 57 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received is defined by an electronic ticket schema definer contained in a schema definer table in which an identifier of an electronic ticket schema definer is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said electronic ticket schema definer which defines said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         66 . The punching method of  claim 67 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received has an identifier contained in a schema identifier table in which a ticket schema identifier is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.    
     
     
         67 . A recording medium having recorded thereon, as a program for execution by a computer, a method for issuing an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; an issue condition recording part for recording an issue condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said issue condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said issue condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess, said program comprising the steps of: 
 (a) recording said issuer identifier, said right information, said issue condition, said owner identifier, and said issuer signature in said issuer identifier recording part, said right information recording part, said condition recording part, said owner identifier recording part, and said signature recording part, respectively;    (b) verifying whether said receiver possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    (c) sending said electronic ticket to said receiver when it is verified by said step (b) that said receiver possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         68 . The recording medium of  claim 67 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said issue condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.  
     
     
         69 . The recording medium of  claim 67 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part further defines, as said issue condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, and said step (a) includes the step of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.  
     
     
         70 . The recording medium of  claim 69 , wherein said electronic ticket includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording an issue condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition, and said issuing method further comprises the step of recording said issue condition satisfaction certificate in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part when the presence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part is verified by said step (a).

A recording medium having recorded thereon, as a program for execution by a computer, a method for transferring an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket, a condition recording part for recording a transfer condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said transfer condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said transfer condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess, said program comprising the steps of: 
 (a) verifying whether said receiver possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    (b) sending said electronic ticket to said receiver when it is verified by said step (a) that said receiver possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         72 . The recording medium of  claim 71 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said transfer condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of said ticket that said electronic ticket issuer is required to possess.

The recording medium of  claim 71 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said transfer condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, and said step (a) includes the step of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.

The recording medium of  claim 73 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a transfer condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition, and said transferring method further comprises the step of recording said transfer condition satisfaction certificate in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part when the presence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part is verified by said step (a).

A recording medium having recorded thereon, as a program for execution by a computer, a method for receiving an electronic ticket which comprises an issuer identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket issuer, a right information recording part for recording right information of said electronic ticket; a condition recording part for recording a move condition of said electronic ticket, an owner identifier recording part for recording an identifier of an electronic ticket owner, and a signature recording part for recording a signature of said issuer, said condition recording part having an qualification condition defining part for specifying, as said move condition, a ticket that an electronic ticket sender is required to possess, said program comprising the steps of: 
 (a) verifying whether said sender possesses said ticket specified in said qualification condition defining part; and    (b) storing said electronic ticket in a storage device when it is verified by said step (a) that said sender possesses said specified ticket.    
     
     
         76 . The recording medium of  claim 83 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said electronic ticket defines, as said move condition, a schema identifier which specifies the schema of a ticket that said electronic ticket issuer is required to possess.

The recording medium of  claim 76 , wherein said electronic ticket includes a condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a condition satisfaction certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said move condition, and said step (a) includes the step of verifying said condition satisfaction certificate recorded in said condition satisfaction certificate recording part.

The receiving method of  claim 77 , wherein: said move condition is an issue condition for issuing said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said issue condition, and verifying whether said issue condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part.

The recording medium of  claim 77 , wherein: said move condition is a transfer condition for transferring said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said transfer condition, and verifying whether said transfer condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part.

The recording medium of  claim 75 , wherein said qualification condition defining part of said condition recording part defines, as said move condition, a second schema identifier which specifies the schema of a second ticket that an electronic ticket receiver is required to possess.  
     
     
         81 . The recording medium of  claim 80 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether said electronic ticket receiver possesses said second ticket of said schema specified by said second schema identifier defined in said qualification condition defining part.

The recording medium of  claim 75 , wherein said step (a) includes the step (a) of verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received is defined by an electronic ticket schema definer contained in a schema definer table in which an identifier of an electronic ticket schema definer is recorded for each right type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said electronic ticket schema definer which defines said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.

The recording medium of  claim 75 , wherein said step (a) includes the step of verifying whether the ticket schema of said electronic ticket to be received has an identifier contained in a schema identifier table in which a ticket schema identifier is recorded for each right-type information, said ticket schema comprising: 
 an identifier of said ticket schema;    a right information structure which defines the structure of said right information of said electronic ticket; and    an qualification condition which defines at least either one of a sender condition and a receiver condition as at least one specified one of an issue condition which defines the condition for issuing said electronic ticket, a transfer condition which defines the condition for transferring said electronic ticket, and a redeem condition which defines the condition for redeeming said electronic ticket.

The recording medium of  claim 86 , wherein: said move condition is an issue condition for issuing said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes an issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said issue condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said issue condition, and verifying whether said issue condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said issue condition satisfaction certificate recording part.

The recording medium of  claim 86 , wherein: said move condition is a transfer condition for transferring said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said transfer condition; and said step (a) include the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said transfer condition, and verifying whether said transfer condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said transfer condition satisfaction certificate recording part.

The recording of  claim 86 , wherein: said move condition is a redeem condition for redeeming said electronic ticket; said condition satisfaction certificate recording part includes a redeem condition satisfaction certificate recording part for recording a certificate which certifies the satisfaction of said redeem condition; and said step (a) includes the steps of verifying the presence or absence of said ticket of said schema specified by said schema identifier recorded as said redeem condition, and verifying whether said redeem condition satisfaction certificate is recorded in said redeem condition satisfaction certificate recording part.
