Abstract

An assembly method and fixture for assembling a supporting disk of a motor rotor according to the invention is based on an “adjusting, and fixing” concept. A functional axis fixture and an adjusting axis fixture, which can match with each other for holding the supporting disk and the rotor, are first prepared. The functional axis of the supporting disk is aligned with the geometric axis of the functional axis fixture, and the geometric axis of the rotor is aligned with the geometric axis of the adjusting axis fixture. By engaging the functional axis fixture and the adjusting axis fixture, the functional axis of the supporting disk is aligned with the geometric axis of the rotor. Therefore, the bias and concentricity can be precisely controlled and improved.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a motor rotor, comprising: a functional axis fixture having a cavity for receiving said supporting disk, and a plate having a central hole and a surface the same as an optical disk for holding said supporting disk and aligning a functional axis of said supporting disk to a geometric axis of said central hole; and
an adjusting axis fixture engaged with said functional axis fixture for receiving said rotor and connecting to said supporting disk; wherein a geometric axis of said adjusting axis fixture is aligned with a rotation axis of said rotor; wherein by aligning said geometric axis of said adjusting axis fixture to said geometric axis of central hole of said functional axis fixture, said functional axis of supporting disk is aligned with said rotation axis of said rotor.

2 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a motor rotor according to claim 1 , wherein said functional axis fixture further comprises a horizontal adjusting mechanism for adjusting a position of said plate.

3 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a motor rotor according to claim 1 , wherein said functional axis fixture further comprises an angular adjusting mechanism for adjusting an angle of said plate.

4 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a motor rotor according to claim 1 , wherein said adjusting axis fixture further comprises a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting a height of aid rotor.

5 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a motor rotor according to claim 1 , wherein said functional axis is one chosen from a group of bias, concentricity, columnar variance, vibration, angular shift, angular velocity, tangent velocity and acceleration.

6 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a motor rotor according to claim 1 , wherein the supporting disk is fixed to the rotor by a binder, an ultraviolet hardening adhesive, epoxy, one or multiple composition of constructional planar resin, instant adhesive, thermal glue, low melting point metallic filler or non-metallic filler; or through material melting, contacting or non-contacting welding, a laser welding, ultrasonic welding or thermal welding.

7 . A set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor, comprising:
a functional axis fixture; and an adjusting axis fixture coupled with said functional axis fixture to define a cavity for receiving said rotor and said supporting disk therein and aligning a functional axis of said supporting disk to a rotation axis of said rotor.

8 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 7 , wherein said functional axis is one selected from a group of bias, concentricity, columnar variance, vibration, angular shift, angular velocity, tangent velocity and acceleration.

9 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 7 , wherein said supporting disk is provided with an anti-glide ring.

10 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 9 , wherein said anti-glide ring is made of a frictional material.

11 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 7 , wherein said supporting disk and said rotor are fixed by a binder and welding.

12 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 11 , wherein said binder is one chosen from a group of adhesive, non-metallic fillers and metallic fillers.

13 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 11 , wherein said welding is one of contact and non-contact method chosen from a group of laser welding, ultrasonic welding and thermal welding.

14 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 7 , wherein said functional axis fixture further comprises a plate having a shape same as an object to be carried by said supporting disk.

15 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 14 , wherein said functional axis fixture further comprises a horizontal adjusting mechanism for adjusting a position of said plate.

16 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 14 , wherein said functional axis fixture further comprises an angular adjusting mechanism for adjusting an angle of said plate.

17 . The set of fixture for assembling a supporting disk to a rotor according to claim 7 , wherein said adjusting axis fixture comprises a height adjusting mechanism for adjusting a height of said rotor.
