Claims

Abstract

An image commercial transactions system and method that are able to implement sales to the purpose of the seller. An e-commerce system for selling a picture and a handling condition specific to the picture, both being recorded on a predetermined recording medium in a predetermined format. The picture to be sold and the handling condition are accepted by an acceptor in a digital format. When a transaction is established, an accounting company carries out an accounting electronically for a purchaser of the picture and the e-commerce condition, thereby both of the picture to be sold and the handling condition are sold as digital data so that the purchased picture is used in a handling manner as intended by the seller. Consequently, the selling of the picture can be made so as to satisfy the intention of the seller.

1 . A photographic image commercial transactions method comprising the steps of 
 enabling a reception dealer to receive photographic image data and to store the photographic image data in a server;    selecting among a photographic printing service and a photographic image transmitting service;    enabling said reception dealer to transmit a stored position data in the server by electronic mail if the photographic image transmitting service is selected in the selection step; and    enabling said reception dealer to transmit the photographic image data to a print photographic shop if the photographic printing service is selected in the selection step, said print photographic shop operable to print an image corresponding to the photographic image data.    
     
     
         2 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 1  further comprising the step of linking the photographic image data accessed by the stored position data to the reception dealer.  
     
     
         3 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 1 , wherein the stored position data is hypertext markup language (HTML) data.  
     
     
         4 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 1 , wherein the stored position data is uniform resource locator (URL) address data.  
     
     
         5 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 1 , wherein the reception dealer receives the photographic image data from a digital still camera, a digital video camera, or a scanning device.  
     
     
         6 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 5 , wherein said photographic image data is in a joint photographic experts group (JPEG) format, a tagged image file format (TIFF), or graphic interchange format (GIF).  
     
     
         7 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 1  further comprising the step of enabling the print photographic shop to print the received photographic image data as a print.  
     
     
         8 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 7  further comprising the step of enabling the print photographic shop to notify a user that the print is completed.  
     
     
         9 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 7 , wherein the photographic shop is operable to deliver the print to a user or is operable to mail the print to an address corresponding to the user.  
     
     
         10 . A photographic image commercial transaction method comprising steps of: 
 enabling a reception dealer to receive photographic image data and to store the photographic image data in a server;    selecting among a photographic printing service and a photographic image transmitting service;    selecting a print photographic shop;    enabling said reception dealer to transmit a stored position data in the server by electronic mail if the photographic image transmitting service is selected in the selection step; and    enabling said reception dealer to transfer the photographic image data to the selected print photographic shop if the photographic printing service is selected in the selection step, the selected print photographic shop is operable to print an image corresponding to the received photographic image data.    
     
     
         11 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 10  further comprising the step of linking the photographic image data accessed by the stored position data to the reception dealer.  
     
     
         12 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 10 , wherein the stored position data is hypertext markup language (HTML) data.  
     
     
         13 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 10 , wherein the stored position data is HTML data.  
     
     
         14 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 10 , wherein the reception dealer receives the photographic image data by a digital still camera, a digital video camera, or a scanning device.  
     
     
         15 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 14 , wherein said photographic image data is in a joint photographic experts group (JPEG) format, a tagged image file format (TIFF), or graphic interchange format (GIF).  
     
     
         16 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 10  further comprising the step of enabling the selected print photographic shop to print the received photographic image data as a print.  
     
     
         17 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 16  further comprising the step of enabling the selected print photographic shop to notify a user that the print is finished.  
     
     
         18 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 16 , wherein the selected print photographic shop is operable to deliver the print to a user or is operable to mail the print to an address corresponding to the user.  
     
     
         19 . A photographic image commercial transactions method comprising the steps of: 
 enabling a reception dealer to receive photographic image data;    enabling said reception dealer to store the photographic image data in a server and to transmit a stored position data in the server by electronic mail if the photographic image transmitting service is selected in the selection step; and    enabling said reception dealer to transmit the photographic image data to a print photographic shop if the photographic printing service is selected in the selection step, said print photographic shop operable to print an image corresponding to the photographic image data.    
     
     
         20 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 19  further comprising the step of linking the photographic image data accessed by the stored position data to the reception dealer.  
     
     
         21 . A photographic image commercial transaction method comprising steps of: 
 enabling a reception dealer to receive photographic image data and to select among a photographic printing service and a photographic image transmitting service;    selecting a print photographic shop;    enabling said reception dealer to store the photographic image data and to transmit a stored position data in a server by electronic mail if the photographic image transmitting service is selected; and    enabling said reception dealer to transfer the photographic image data to the selected print photographic shop if the photographic printing service is selected in the selection step, the selected print photographic shop is operable to print an image corresponding to the received photographic image data.    
     
     
         22 . The photographic image commercial transactions method according to  claim 21  further comprising the step of linking the photographic image data accessed by the stored position data to the reception dealer.
