Abstract

An inner liner of a refrigerator may include: the inner liner positioned inside an outer liner to define an inner space for a storage compartment and molded by attaching a plate to an outer surface of a mold via vacuum adsorption, wherein an edge of the inner liner is provided with a reinforcing part to prevent the edge from being deformed when injecting a heat insulating foam, the reinforcing part being integrally formed with the inner liner.

An inner liner of a refrigerator comprising an outer liner defining an outer appearance of a body, the inner liner positioned inside the outer liner to define an inner space for a storage compartment and molded by attaching a plate to an outer surface of a mold via vacuum adsorption, and a heat insulating foam filled between the inner and outer liners, 
 wherein an edge of the inner liner is provided with a reinforcing part to prevent the edge from being deformed when injecting the heat insulating foam, the reinforcing part being integrally formed with the inner liner.    
   
   
       2 . The inner liner according to  claim 1 , wherein the edge of the inner liner comprises a round-shaped edge formed by three faces.  
   
   
       3 . The inner liner according to  claim 1 , wherein the reinforcing part comprises at least one outwardly raised bead.  
   
   
       4 . The inner liner according to  claim 1 , wherein the reinforcing part comprises at least one inwardly depressed bead.  
   
   
       5 . The inner liner according to  claim 3  or  4 , wherein the reinforcing part comprises a plurality of reinforcing elements separated a predetermined distance from each other, and uniformly disposed over an overall range of the edge.  
   
   
       6 . A mold for forming an inner liner of a refrigerator by attaching a plate to an outer surface of the mold via vacuum adsorption, the inner liner defining an inner space for a storage compartment of the refrigerator, 
 wherein the outer surface of the mold is provided with a reinforcing part-molding component to form a reinforcing part on an edge of the inner liner corresponding to the outer surface of the mold having the reinforcing part-molding component.    
   
   
       7 . The mold according to  claim 6 , wherein the reinforcing part-molding component is integrally formed with the mold.  
   
   
       8 . The mold according to  claim 6 , wherein the edge of the inner liner comprises a round-shaped edge formed by three faces.  
   
   
       9 . The mold according to  claim 6 , wherein the reinforcing part-molding component comprises at least one protrusion.  
   
   
       10 . The mold according to  claim 6 , wherein the reinforcing part-molding component may comprise at least one groove.  
   
   
       11 . The mold according to  claim 9  or  10 , wherein the reinforcing part-molding component comprises a plurality of reinforcing part-molding elements separated a predetermined distance from each other, and uniformly disposed over the edge.
