Abstract
A skid-proof garment hanger comprising a main body and two skid-proof members; wherein the main body has a middle portion and a pair of shoulders, the shoulders are formed to extend from the middle portion to two lateral ends; the upper surface of each shoulder is provided with a receiving space which has on its one end an engaging slot; one end of each skid-proof member can be engaged in a corresponding engaging slot, while the other end is received in the corresponding one of the receiving spaces.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A skid-proof garment hanger comprising:
a main body having a middle portion and a pair of shoulders, said middle portion has a hooking member, said shoulders being formed to extend from said middle portion to two lateral ends; an upper surface of each of said shoulders being provided with a receiving space which has on its one end an engaging slot; and two skid-proof members, one end of each of said skid-proof members is engaged in a corresponding one of said engaging slots, while the other end is received in a corresponding one of said receiving spaces.
2 . The skid-proof garment hanger as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said engaging slots extend through said shoulders to form through holes.
3 . The skid-proof garment hanger as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said shoulders each includes a supporting portion and a bending portion, each of said receiving spaces is located between said supporting portion and said bending portion, said through holes are located in said bending portions.
4 . The skid-proof garment hanger as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said receiving spaces each is provided at least with a dissolution portion adapted to being dissolved by solvent, said dissolution portion extends in an upper surface of said receiving space for a height.
5 . The skid-proof garment hanger as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said main body and said dissolution portions are formed integrally by plastic injection molding.
6 . The skid-proof garment hanger as claimed in claim 1 , wherein an upper surface of each of said skid-proof members is provided with a length of skid-proof knurl.
7 . A method for manufacturing a skid-proof garment hanger comprising following steps:
a. providing a main body of said garment hanger having a middle portion and two shoulders, said middle portion having a hooking member, said two shoulders being formed to extend from said middle portion to two lateral ends; an upper surface of each of said shoulders being provided with a receiving space which has on its one end an engaging slot; a dissolution portion extending thereform the upper surface of the receiving space for a height; b. providing two skid-proof members, said upper surface of each of said skid-proof members being provided with a length of skid-proof knurl; c. using solvent to dissolve upper surfaces of said receiving spaces, so that adhesive being formed after all or part of said upper surfaces being dissolved; d. inserting one end of each of said skid-proof members into said engaging slot, then the other end of said skid-proof members being pressed subsequently into a corresponding one of said receiving spaces, then said adhesive completely and tightly sticking said skid-proof members in said receiving spaces.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
