Panel for the production of a swimming pool

Abstract

The invention relates to a panel which is used to produce a swimming pool. The inventive panel is obtained using a method involving the compression injection of a plastic material, in particular, a recycled plastic material. The panel is provided with an essentially flat or curved quadrangular shape which is perfectly rectilinear along all of the dimensions thereof. Moreover, at least one of the faces of said panel is provided with stiffening ribs ( 1 a ).

1 . Panel for producing a swimming pool having a prefabricated structure having a quadrangular general shape with a peripheral squared framework delimiting vertical assembly flanges and upper and lower horizontal flanges, wherein: 
 said panel is produced by compression injection-moulding of a recycled plastic in order to achieve a length of between 1000 mm and 2000 mm approximately, a thickness of approximately 7 to 8 mm with a plurality of stiffening ribs overhanging an outer face of said panel, a base of said ribs being approximately 6 to 7 mm,    the upper horizontal flange has, in its thickness, a profiled groove for engagement and clamping of a protective sheet or liner covering an inner face of said panel.    
   
   
       2 . Panel according to  claim 1 , wherein the vertical flanges have complementary arrangements for coupling with adjacent panels in order to produce a closed structure of the pool.  
   
   
       3 . Panel according to  claim 1 , wherein the lower horizontal flange has arrangements for engagement of members for anchoring in the ground.  
   
   
       4 . Panel according to  claim 1 , wherein the ribs are formed vertically and/or horizontally on the outer face of said panel.  
   
   
       5 . Panel according to  claim 1 , wherein a horizontal upper edge of the outer face of said panel delimits a strip formed from a plurality of ribs arranged in staggered fashion.  
   
   
       6 . Panel according to  claim 1 , further comprising, in a thickness of the panel, at regular or irregular intervals and parallel to the vertical flanges, reductions in thickness capable of acting as hinges in order to modify a longitudinal profile of said panel as desired.  
   
   
       7 . Panel according to  claim 1 , wherein the outer face has, in an upper part, catching and positioning arrangements capable of interacting with complementary arrangements of attached independent modifiable elements acting as gutters for the pouring of concrete for forming a peripheral upper anchorage after coupling of various panels.

Panel according to  claim 7 , wherein the outer face has, over all or part of its height, catching and positioning arrangements capable of interacting with complementary arrangements of at least one attached independent element acting as a vertical shaft, in communication with the anchorage elements, for pouring of concrete.  
   
   
       9 . Panel according to  claim 5 , wherein the staggered fashion comprises a honeycomb.  
   
   
       10 . A method for fabricating a swimming pool panel comprising: 
 compression injection-moulding of a recycled plastic to form a prefabricated structure having a quadrangular general shape with a peripheral squared framework delimiting vertical assembly flanges and upper and lower horizontal flanges with a plurality of stiffening ribs overhanging an outer face of said structure and with a profiled groove in a thickness of the upper horizontal flange for engagement and clamping of a protective liner covering an inner face of said structure, wherein the structure has a length of between 1000 mm and 2000 mm approximately, a thickness of approximately 7 to 8 mm, and a base of said ribs of approximately 6 to 7 mm.
