Abstract

An integrated information processing system for geospatial information processing. The information processing system includes a scheduling module, an acquisition module, a production module, a distribution module, a geospatial data specification, and a geospatial media recorder. Each module incorporates a common object database management system. The scheduling module is configured for processing requests for media acquisition. The acquisition module is configured for acquiring visual, audio, textual, and geospatial entity information. The production module is configured for producing integrated digital media datasets and information. The distribution module is configured for distributing integrated digital media datasets and information. The geospatial data specification includes an object class which serves to provide geospatial referencing of an entity or object. The concatenated data attribute of geospatial data serves to geospatially reference entities or object in a video segment. The geospatial media recorder serves to encode geospatial data onto video frames at the time of video acquisition.

1 - 19 . (canceled)

         20 . A transmission unit, comprising:
an information network addressing unit; an information network routing unit; and an information network delivery unit, wherein
the information network addressing unit, the information network routing unit, and the information network delivery unit perform geospatial information processing comprising converting latitude and longitude geographic degree, minutes, and seconds (DMS) coordinate alphanumeric representations or decimal equivalent geographic coordinate alphanumeric representations and altitude alphanumeric representations into individual discrete all-natural number geographic coordinate and measurement representations, and concatenating the individual discrete all-natural number geographic coordinate and measurement representations into a single discrete all-natural number geospatial coordinate measurement representation so that the information network addressing unit provides geospatial location identification, the information network routing unit provides geospatial location directionality, and the information network delivery unit provides geospatial transmission of geospatial datasets being delivered over telecommunication networks to entities or objects geospatially referenced at, below, or above earth's surface.

21 . The transmission unit as recited in claim 20 , wherein the information network addressing unit comprises
a information network address comprising the geospatial location identification based on the single discrete all-natural number geospatial measurement representation of the location of information; and a dataset of information that incorporates the geospatial location identification based on the single discrete all-natural number geospatial measurement representation of the latitude, the longitude, and the altitude of the dataset information.

22 . The transmission unit as recited in claim 20 , wherein the information network routing unit comprises
an information network routing unit comprising the geospatial global geographic and the temporal measurement identification based on the single discrete all-natural number geospatial coordinate measurement representation of the single discrete all-natural number geospatial measurement representation; and a dataset of information configured to incorporate the geospatial location directionality and the global geospatial location identification based on the single discrete all-natural number geospatial measurement representation of the latitude, the longitude, the altitude, and universal coordinated time (UTC) representation of the dataset information.

23 . The transmission unit as recited in claim 20 , wherein the information network delivery unit comprises
an information network delivery unit comprising an origination geospatial network addressing unit and a destination geospatial network addressing unit of geospatially oriented datasets; and a transmission unit configured to provide a transfer of geospatially oriented datasets over telecommunication networks using the information network addressing unit and the information network routing unit.

         24 . A distribution unit, comprising:
an object database management unit configured to interconnect information and data storage between each of a scheduling unit, an acquisition unit, a production unit, and the distribution unit; a media query unit configured to process geospatial datasets; a transmission unit comprising
 an information network addressing unit,
an information network routing unit, and
an information network delivery unit, wherein the information network addressing unit, the information network routing unit, and the information network delivery unit perform geospatial information processing comprising converting latitude and longitude geographic degree, minutes, and seconds (DMS) coordinate alphanumeric representations or decimal equivalent geographic coordinate alphanumeric representations and altitude alphanumeric representations into individual discrete all-natural number geographic coordinate and measurement representations, and concatenating the individual discrete all-natural number geographic coordinate and measurement representations into a single discrete all-natural number geospatial coordinate measurement representation so that the information network addressing unit provides geospatial location identification, the information network routing unit provides geospatial location directionality, and the information network delivery unit provides geospatial transmission of geospatial datasets being delivered over telecommunication networks to entities or objects geospatially referenced at, below, or above earth's surface; and
