Abstract

The invention relates to a sheet feeding mechanism. The sheet feeding mechanism includes a power source mounted on the machine frame; a fixed base and a fixed supporting frame mounted on the machine frame and a to-and-fro movable frame also mounted on the machine frame. An upper Dashboard is provided on the upside of the fixed supporting frame, correspondingly a lower flashboard which is opposite to the upper Dashboard is provided on the fixed base. A lower flashboard is provided on the underside of the to-and-fro movable frame, correspondingly an upper flashboard is provided on the upside of the to-and-fro movable frame. The power source includes the power source of the to-and-fro movable frame, which is mounted on the machine frame, the power source of the upper flashboard, and the power source of the lower flashboard. The mechanism for feeding sheet comprises two couples of eudipleural flashboards, which are staggered; the two couples of eudipleural Dashboards move up and down and the to-and-fro movable frame moves reciprocally for clamping sheet, so as to complete the intermissive feeding process. The sheet feeding mechanism of the present invention possesses the following advantages: the processed sheets, i.e., workpieces lack oil-pollution, so as to improve the grade of left margins; the used materials can be saved; the border of the sheets will not be destroyed, so that two sides of the finished products appear smooth and the quality of the products is improved evidently; the total expenses for the machine can be saved; the structure of the machine can be simpler and the maintenance workload for the machine is reduced.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A sheet feeding mechanism, includes a power source with a electromotor or a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder mounted on a machine frame thereof, a fixed base and a fixed supporting frame mounted on the machine frame, which can be regulated with the varying breadths of the sheets, and a to-and-fro movable frame mounted on the machine frame; and characterized in that: an upper flashboard is provided on the upside of the fixed supporting frame, a lower flashboard, which is opposite to the upper flashboard on the fixed supporting frame is provided on the fixed base; a lower flashboard is provided on the underside of the to-and-fro movable frame, a upper flashboard, which is opposite to the lower Dashboard is provided on the upside of the to-and-fro movable frame; the power source includes the power source of the to-and-fro movable frame, which is mounted on the machine frame, the power source of the upper flashboard, and the power source of the lower flashboard; the mechanism for feeding sheet comprises two couples of eudipleural flashboards, which are staggered; the two couples of eudipleural Dashboards move up and down and the to-and-fro movable frame moves reciprocally to clamp a sheet, so as to complete the intermissive feeding process.

2 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said upper flashboard on the fixed supporting frame is an upper flashboard, which is fixed thereon.

3 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said upper flashboard on the fixed supporting frame is an upper flashboard, which is movably mounted thereon.

4 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said lower flashboard on the fixed base is a lower flashboard, which is fixed thereon.

5 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said lower flashboard on the fixed base is a lower flashboard, which is movably mounted thereon.

6 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said upper flashboard on the to-and-fro movable frame is an upper flashboard, which is fixed thereon.

7 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said upper flashboard on the to-and-fro movable frame is an upper flashboard, which is movably mounted thereon.

8 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said lower flashboard on the to-and-fro movable frame is a lower flashboard, which is fixed thereon.

9 . A sheet feeding mechanism according to claim 1 , characterized in that said lower flashboard on the to-and-fro movable frame is a lower flashboard, which is movably mounted thereon.
