Leg draping chair

Abstract

A seating device to cradle a single human sitter includes a hexagonal seating platform, a vertical wall of predetermined height enclosing five of the six sides of the hexagonal seating platform. The vertical wall of predetermined height forms substantially right angle with the hexagonal seating platform, and the seating device is for only a single user. The seating device is adaptable to simultaneously support the leg, and arm and a back of the single user.

1 ) A seating device to cradle a single human sitter, comprising: 
 a hexagonal seating platform;    a vertical wall of predetermined height enclosing five of the six sides of the hexagonal seating platform;    said vertical wall of predetermined height forming substantially right angles with the hexagonal seating platform, wherein said seating device is for only a single user and wherein said seating device is adaptable to simultaneously support a leg, and arm and a back of said single user.    
   
   
       2 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein the front of the seating device is substantially narrower than a width of the chair being measured at the widest side-side points.  
   
   
       3 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein the seating platform measures substantially wider than front to back.  
   
   
       4 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein a periphery of said seating platform is entirely enclosed.  
   
   
       5 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein said seating device includes a removable front panel to enclose a periphery of said seating platform.  
   
   
       6 ) The seating device of  claim 5 , wherein said front panel moves between a first position in the second position.  
   
   
       7 ) The seating device of  claim 5 , wherein the front panel does not extend completely across a front of said seating device.  
   
   
       8 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein the seating device includes a adjustable front bar to enclose a periphery of said seating device.  
   
   
       9 ) The seating device of  claim 8 , wherein said adjustable front bar swings between a first position and a second position.  
   
   
       10 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein said seating device includes an arm which swings inward.  
   
   
       11 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein said seating device includes an arm which includes a movable first portion and a movable second portion.  
   
   
       12 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein the seating device includes a front opening between two sides of said seating device, a length of said front opening being approximately equal to one third of a width of said seating device.  
   
   
       13 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein the seating device includes a front opening between two sides of said seating device, a length of said front opening being approximately equal to three quarters of a length of a width of said seating device.  
   
   
       14 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein the seating device includes a front opening between two sides of said seating device, a length of said front opening being approximately between one third and three quarters a length of a width of the seating device.  
   
   
       15 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein the seating device includes a front opening between two sides of said seating device, a length of said front opening being between 6 and 22 inches.  
   
   
       16 ) The seating device of  claim 1 , wherein a length of a back of said seating device is greater than a sum of lengths of arms of said seating device.
