Membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser

Abstract

A membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser includes a reel pivot having its outer circumference formed integral with three support ribs respectively connected with a convex holding plate extending along the circumference of the reel pivot. The three holding plates have their lower sides suspended in midair; therefore, when pressed diametrically, the holding plates can be elastically shifted and deformed and after a membrane reel is fitted on the reel pivot, the holding plates can firmly prop the inner wall of the central tube of the membrane reel. Different-sized membrane reels can be firmly fitted on the reel pivot by means of the holding plates that can be elastically shifted and deformed.

A membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser comprising a reel pivot, a handle fitting rod and a movable handle, said handle fitting rod extending outward axially from said reel pivot, said movable handle pivotally fitted on said handle fitting rod, the central tube of a membrane reel firmly fitted on said reel pivot for carrying out releasing and strapping work of membrane: and, 
 Characterized by said reel pivot having its outer circumference formed with three support ribs extending axially, each said support rib connected with a convex arc-shaped holding plate extending along the circumference of said reel pivot, said holding plates having their lower sides opposite to said handle fitting rod suspended in midair, said holding plates able to be elastically shifted and deformed when they are pressed diametrically, said holding plates able to closely push against the inner wall of said central tube of said membrane reel after said membrane reel is fitted on said reel pivot, different-sized membrane reels able to be fitted on said reel pivot by means of said holding plates that can be elastically shifted and deformed.

The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each said holding plate has the opposite sides of its outer wall respectively and axially fixed with a tightening rib protruding outward and a little exceeding the inner diameter of said central tube of said membrane reel, said tightening ribs of said holding plates closely pushing against the inner wall of said central tube of said membrane reel after said membrane reel is fitted on said reel pivot.

The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 2 , wherein each said tightening rib is formed with an arc-shaped upper edge and has its insert end formed with a guiding slope for guiding said central tube of said membrane reel to be fitted on said reel pivot.

The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said holding plates are arc-shaped plates extending along the circumference of said reel pivot and having their inner intermediate portions respectively connected with said support ribs.

The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein each said holding plate has its opposite ends protruding out of said support rib so as to enable the opposite ends of said holding plate to be shifted elastically for facilitating said membrane reel to be fitted on said reel pivot.  
   
   
       6 . The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said three support ribs are equidistantly formed on said reel pivot.  
   
   
       7 . The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said reel pivot, said support ribs and said holding plates are integrally connected together.  
   
   
       8 . The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said reel pivot is formed with a hollow shaft and three support ribs protruding outward diametrically from the outer wall of said hollow shaft.

The membrane reel fixing device for a membrane strapping dispenser as claimed in  claim 1 , wherein said reel pivot has one end opposite to said movable handle formed with a stopping annular surface extending for a preset length and having one side extending outward diametrically and forming a stopping rim.
