Abstract

A transformable toy, comprising or a member; a first assembly moveably coupled to the member; and a ski attachable to the first assembly; wherein at least the member, the first assembly, and the ski are transformable between at least a skiing configuration and a vehicle configuration.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A transformable toy, comprising:
a member; a first assembly moveably coupled to the member; and a ski attachable to the first assembly; wherein at least the member, the first assembly, and the ski are transformable between at least a skiing configuration and a vehicle configuration.

2 . The toy of claim 1 , wherein the first assembly and the ski are configurable into a plurality of different skiing positions.

3 . The toy of claim 2 wherein the member remains coupled to the first assembly throughout transformation between the skiing configuration and the vehicle configuration.

4 . The toy of claim 3 wherein the first assembly serves as a leg in the skiing configuration and a vehicle quarter panel in the vehicle configuration.

5 . The toy of claim 4 wherein the toy is configured to be coupled to a figure in the skiing configuration, where a leg of the figure is proximate and adjacent the first assembly.

6 . The toy of claim 5 further including a second assembly coupled to the member, wherein the second assembly serves as a leg in the skiing configuration, where said first and second assembly each further include a ski, where each ski is configured to be folded under the toy in the vehicle configuration.

7 . The toy of claim 6 , wherein the skis are respectively moveably coupled to the first and second assemblies.

8 . The toy of claim 7 , wherein the vehicle is a wheeled vehicle and at least one wheel is coupled to the first assembly.

9 . The toy of claim 1 wherein the first assembly is releasably coupled to the member.

10 . The toy of claim 9 further comprising a trigger, where upon actuation of the trigger, the first assembly is released from the member, where said trigger is configured to be actuated in the skiing configuration and the vehicle configuration.

11 . The toy of claim 10 , wherein the trigger is disposed on an outer surface of the member.

12 . The toy of claim 1 , wherein said member is a central body member configured to receive at least a figure, wherein the first assembly is a leg member coupled to the body, the toy further comprising first and second arm members, wherein the arm members simulate arms in the skiing configuration and the leg member simulates a leg in the skiing configuration, the toy further comprising a trigger, wherein actuation of the trigger causes at least one of the arm and leg members or the skis to uncouple from the body.

13 . The toy assembly of claim 12 , wherein each of the arm and leg members and the skis are configured to be repositioned to simulate skiing, wherein the ski is disposed substantially beneath the body, and wherein the trigger is capable of actuation in both the first and second configurations, and wherein the trigger is disposed on an outer surface of the body.

       14 . A product, comprising:
a toy assembly configured to represent a skiing suit that is worn by a figure, where the toy assembly includes at least a first leg coupled to a first ski and a second leg coupled to a second ski, where the assembly is configured to receive said figure in at least a position where a first leg of the figure is located proximate to the first leg of the assembly, and a second leg of the figure is located proximate to the second leg of the assembly.

15 . The product of claim 14 , wherein the toy assembly further comprises a first positionable arm, where the arm is positionable proximate to an arm of the figure when the figure is coupled to the assembly.

16 . The product of claim 15 , wherein the toy assembly is substantially larger than the figure.

17 . The product of claim 16 , wherein the toy assembly includes a clip to retain the figure.

       18 . A reconfigurable toy assembly, comprising:
a first section; and a second section movable relative to said first section, and said assembly being reversibly reconfigurable between at least a first configuration and a second configuration at least by relative movement of said first and second sections; where said toy assembly operates as a toy vehicle in said first configuration and operates as a racing snow-sport power-suit toy in said second configuration.

19 . The toy assembly of claim 18 wherein said toy simulates a power-suit-skier in said second configuration.

20 . The toy assembly of claim 19 further comprising a first positionable element configured to be positioned to simulate a limb of said figure and located substantially adjacent said limb when said figure is coupled to said toy in said second configuration.
