Water-wet bar soap preserver

Abstract

This Water-Wet Bar Soap Preserver invention is a holding device for water-wet bar soap consisting of two polyethylene open-top cups assembled vertically, one cup nested into the other, to an extent limited by a shoulder on the top cup resting on the top lip of the lower cup creating space between the cups. The top cup holds the soap draining water and soap slough through openings in the bottom and bottom sides of the top cup into the space between the cups. Vapor rises up through the openings and out the top cup concentrating the drainage and drying the soap. This invention preserves bar soap through a sequence of events including safe holding, draining, drying, ventilating, easy retrieval, and with a snap on lid converts to a travel kit.

A robust portable device for holding water-wet bar soap with said device comprising two tapered, vertically designed and vertically positioned open-top cups loosely assembled with one cup above the other and with the top cup inserted into the lower cup to an extent limited by the height of a shoulder circling the top of the top cup which rests on the top lip of the bottom cup to create space between the sides and the bottoms of the cups for receiving water and soap slough with the top cup having holes in its bottom and in its sides around the bottom for draining water and soap slough down through the holes and passing vapor up through the holes to evaporate up through the open top of the top cup and suitable in which to deposit water-wet bar soap in the top cup to preserve, drain, ventilate, dry, safely store, and provide easy retrieval of the water-wet bar soap.
