Adamantanetricarboxylic acid derivatives

Abstract

An adamantanetricarboxylic acid derivative is presented by following Formula (1): wherein X is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group; and R 1 , R 2 and R 3 may be the same as or different from one another and are each a carboxyl group which may be protected by a protecting group, or a carbonyl halide group, wherein at least one of R 1 , R 2 and R 3 is a carboxyl group which is protected by a protecting group, or a carbonyl halide group.

     wherein X is a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group; and R 1 , R 2  and R 3  may be the same as or different from one another and are each a carboxyl group which may be protected by a protecting group, or a carbonyl halide group, wherein at least one of R 1 , R 2  and R 3  is a carbonyl halide group which is protected by a protecting group, or a carbonyl halide group; provided that said protecting group is other than alkoxy groups, cycloalkyloxy group, tetrahydrofuranyloxy group, tetrahydropyranyloxy group, aryloxy group, aralkyloxy group, trialkylsilyloxy group, amino group which may have one or more substituents, cyclic amino group, hydrazino group which may have one or more substituents, acyloxy group.
