Abstract

A method of manufacturing a sole, includes the following processes: (1) Daubing glue on cloth and then gluing a film onto the cloth; (2) After leaving the cloth still for a period of time, cutting the cloth glued with the film to desired shapes and then putting the cloth into a mold of the sole, the surface which is glued with the film being upward and the other surface contacting a lower mold; (3) Perfusing the liquid raw material which is used to manufacture the sole into the mold for molding, the bottom surface of the sole close connecting to the film so that the cloth connects to the sole after molding. A sole made by the above mentioned method comprises a sole body, and a cloth defined on the bottom surface of the sole body, wherein a film is defined between the cloth and the bottom surface of the sole body, the cloth and the film are connected by hot pressing after a daubing process, the film and the sole main-part are connected by a perfusion and molding process.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method of manufacturing a sole, comprising the following processes:
 (1) Daubing glue on a cloth and then gluing a film onto the cloth; (2) After leaving the cloth still for a period of time, cutting the cloth glued with the film to desired shapes and then putting the shaped cloth glued with film into a mold of the sole, the surface which is glued with the film being upward and the other surface contacting a lower mold; (3) Perfusing liquid raw material which is used to manufacture the sole into the mold for molding, the bottom surface of the sole close connecting to the film so that the cloth connects to the sole after molding.

2 . The method of manufacturing a sole of claim 1 , wherein said film is made of polyamine ester.

3 . The method of manufacturing a sole of claim 2 , wherein said sole is made of polyamine ester.

4 . The method of manufacturing a sole of claim 3 , wherein in the process (1), the cloth is daubed with the glue and glued with the film by a daubing glue device and then hot-pressed to connect with the film.

5 . The method of manufacturing a sole of claim 1 , wherein in the process (2), the cloth is leaved still after being rolled up.

6 . The method of manufacturing a sole of claim 5 , wherein in the process (2), the period of time for leaving still the cloth is no less than 24 hours

         7 . A sole comprising:
a sole body; and cloth defined on the bottom surface of said sole body; wherein a film is defined between said cloth and the bottom surface of said sole body.

8 . The sole of claim 7 , wherein the said sole body including a sole maid part and a heelpiece, said film is defined between said cloth and the bottom surface of said sole body or/and heelpiece.

9 . The sole of claim 8 , wherein said film is made of polyamine ester.

10 . The sole of claim 9 , wherein said sole main-part is made of polyamine ester.

11 . The sole of claim 10 , wherein said cloth and said film are connected by hot pressing after a daubing process.

12 . The sole of claim 10 , wherein said film and said sole main-part are connected by a perfusion and molding process.
