Abstract
A top assembly includes a top having a hollow cone-shaped body for containing snacks. A partition is made of transparent material and centrally mounted to the hollow body. A lighting device is disposed on the partition and lights due to a centrifugal force from the rotating top. A cover is centrally attached to the top of the partition. An operator selectively engaged to the top to drive the top for a rotation.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A top assembly comprising:
a top including a hollow cone-shaped body for containing snacks, a partition made of transparent material and centrally attached to the top of the hollow body, a lighting device mounted on the partition and lights due to a centrifugal force from the rotating top, a round recess centrally defined in the top of the partition and a series of ratchets formed on the periphery of the round recess, an engaging element upwardly extending from the center of the round recess, a cover centrally attached to the top of the partition, a through hole centrally defined in the cover, the through hole having an area slightly greater than that of the round recess; and a operator selectively connected to the top, the operator including a cylinder having a closed end corresponding to the top and an open end opposite to the closed end of the cylinder, a lower portion of the closed end having a series of pawls radially extending therefrom and selectively engaged to the series of ratchets of the partition, a hollow post upwardly and centrally extending from the closed end of the cylinder for movably and rotatably receiving an actuated rod, the actuated rod having a lower end extending through the closed end of the cylinder and formed with a tenon selectively engaged to the engaging element of the partition, a torsion spring sleeved on the actuated rod, the torsion spring having a first end secured in the actuated rod and a second end hooked on the hollow post, a cap longitudinally mounted to the cylinder for closing the open end of the cylinder, the actuated rod having an upper end extending through the cap.
2 . The top assembly as claimed in claim 1 further comprising a hat mounted on the upper end of the actuated rod for user to conveniently press the actuated rod and make the top detach from the operator for rotating.
3 . The top assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cap has two ears outwardly extending therefrom and diametrically corresponding to each other for user to easily press the actuated rod.
4 . The top assembly as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the cover is made of transparent material for promoting the lighting effect from the lighting device.
5 . The top assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the cap has two ears outwardly extending therefrom and diametrically corresponding to each other for user to easily press the actuated rod.
6 . The top assembly as claimed in claim 2 , wherein the cover is made of transparent material for promoting the lighting effect from the lighting device.
7 . The top assembly as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the cover is made of transparent material for promoting the lighting effect from the lighting device.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
