Abstract
A cooling fan assembly includes a housing, a motor mounted in the housing, a fan rotatably mounted in the housing and rotated by the motor, and a cover mounted on the housing to cover the motor and the fan so that the housing and the cover form a space to cover the motor and the fan completely. Thus, the first air guide port of the housing and the second air guide port of the cover co-operate to increase the total air output of the cooling fan assembly, thereby greatly enhancing the air flow rate from the table playing machine, and thereby enhancing the heat dissipation effect of the cooling fan assembly.

a housing; a motor mounted in the housing; a fan rotatably mounted in the housing and rotated by the motor; and a cover mounted on the housing to cover the motor and the fan so that the housing and the cover form a space to cover the motor and the fan completely.
2 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 1 , wherein:
the housing includes a housing body for mounting the motor and an air guide base mounted on a side of the housing body and having a peripheral wall formed with a first air guide port to guide an air flow through the air guide base of the housing; the cover includes a recessed cover body mounted on the air guide base of the housing and having a peripheral wall formed with a second air guide port juxtaposed to the first air guide port of the air guide base to guide an air flow through the cover body of the cover.
3 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 2 , wherein the air guide base of the housing has a shape of the number six (6).
4 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the cover body of the cover has a shape of the number six (6).
5 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 2 , wherein the first air guide port of the air guide base is provided with a plurality of first air gates to gather an air flow through the first air guide port of the air guide base;
the second air guide port of the cover body is provided with a plurality of second air gates juxtaposed to the first air gates of the first air guide port to gather the air flow through the second air guide port of the cover body.
6 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 2 , wherein the cover further includes a netted plate mounted on an end face of the cover body to introduce an ambient air into the cover body.

The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 2 , wherein the air guide base of the housing has an end portion formed with a plurality of through holes, the cover body of the cover has an end portion formed with a plurality of screw bores, and the housing further includes a plurality of locking bolts each extended through a respective one of the through holes of the air guide base and screwed into a respective one of the screw bores of the cover body to secure the cover to the air guide base of the housing.
8 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 2 , wherein the housing body of the housing has a peripheral wall formed with a receiving chamber and two spaced passages located beside the receiving chamber;
the motor includes a motorized body mounted in the housing body of the housing, a rotation shaft rotatably mounted on the motorized body, two electric wires each mounted on the motorized body and extended through a respective one of the passages of the housing body, and a capacitor mounted on the two electric wires and received in the receiving chamber of the housing body by a locking screw.
9 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 8 , wherein the capacitor is secured in the receiving chamber of the housing body by a locking screw.

The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 8 , wherein the housing body of the housing has an inner wall formed with a plurality of screw bores, the motorized body of the motor has a periphery formed with a plurality of fixing ears each formed with a through hole, and the motor further includes a plurality of locking bolts each extended through the through hole of a respective one of the fixing ears of the motorized body and screwed into a respective one of the screw bores of the housing body to secure the motorized body of the motor to the housing body of the housing.
11 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 8 , wherein the fan includes a circular recessed rotation body secured on the rotation shaft of the motor to rotate therewith, and a plurality of blades mounted on a peripheral wall of the rotation body and directed toward the first air guide port of the air guide base and the second air guide port of the cover body.
12 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 11 , wherein the rotation body of the fan has an end face formed with a plurality of ribs arranged in a radiating manner and a fixing hole located at a center of the ribs.
13 . The cooling fan assembly in accordance with claim 12 , wherein the rotation shaft of the motor is extended through and fixed in the fixing hole of the rotation body by a washer and a snap ring to secure the fan on the rotation shaft of the motor.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
