Cigarette paper box
Abstract
The container includes a top case section that defines a top compartment configured to hold a standard package of cigarette rolling papers, and a bottom case section that defines a bottom compartment hingedly connected to a middle case section that acts as the floor of the top compartment and the lid of the bottom compartment. The middle case section may be subdivided into smaller storage regions by interior dividers. The middle case section may also include a latch configuration that secures both the top and bottom section of the case and each may be opened and closed individually. This allows access to either one of the compartments separately or both compartments simultaneously.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A container of the storage of a cigarette paper package, the container comprising:
(a) a middle case section having top and bottom surfaces; (b) a first case section hingedly connected to said middle case section so as to be deployable between an open state and a closed state, such that in said closed state said first case section abuts said top surface of said middle case section, said first case section and said middle case section defining between them a first storage compartment; (c) a retention arrangement configured to secure the cigarette paper package within said first storage compartment; and (d) a second case section hingedly connected to said middle case section so as to be deployable between an open state and a closed state, such that in said closed state said second case section abuts said bottom surface of said middle case section, said second case section and said middle case section defining between them a second storage compartment.
2 . The container of claim 1 , wherein interior dimensions of said first storage compartment are substantially similar to exterior dimension of the cigarette paper package.
3 . The container of claim 2 , wherein each of said middle case section, said first case section and said second case section has a substantially rectangular outer contour such that the container has a substantially rectangular parallelepiped shape when closed.
4 . The container of claim 3 , wherein said first and second case sections are hingedly connected to said middle case section along a hinge edge of said middle case section.
5 . The container of claim 4 , wherein at least one edge of said middle case section includes at least one projection that extends from said middle case section in a direction that is substantially perpendicular to said bottom surface of said middle case section, such that said projection forms a portion of a wall defining said second storage compartment.
6 . The container of claim 5 , wherein said at least one edge of said middle case section is an edge opposite said hinge edge.
7 . The container of claim 1 , wherein said middle case section includes a closure latch configured to engage corresponding latching structures located on each of said first and second case sections, said latch configured to retain either one and both of said first and second case sections in their respective said closed state, and opening each of said first and second case sections is independently affected.
8 . The container of claim 1 , wherein said retention arrangement includes retention protrusions configured on interior surfaces of walls of said first case section, said retention protrusions extending into said first storage compartment so as to engage the cigarette paper package.
9 . The container of claim 1 , wherein said retention arrangement is associated with said middle case section.
10 . The container of claim 1 , wherein said retention arrangement is associated with said first case section.
11 . The container of claim 1 , wherein said retention arrangement includes and adhesive deployed on an interior surface of said first case section.
12 . The container of claim 1 , wherein said second case section is configured with at least one interior divider arranged to divide said second storage compartment into a plurality small storage regions.
13 . The container of claim 12 , wherein at least one of said plurality of small storage compartments is configured for the storage of cigarette filters.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
