18 . The smoking cessation kit of claim 3 , wherein said tobacco product comprises a visual content indicator that indicates the amount of nicotine substitute in the tobacco product.

19 . A smoking cessation kit comprising a first cigarette that comprises a tobacco with a reduced amount of nicotine, a collective content of N′-nitrosonornicotine (NNN), N′-nitrosoanatabine (NAT), N′-nitrosoanabasine (NAB), 4-(N-nitrosomethylamino)-1-3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) of less than about 2.0 μg/g, and a nicotine substitute and a second cigarette that comprises tobacco with a reduced amount of nicotine, a collective content of N′-nitrosonornicotine (NNN), N′-nitrosoanatabine (NAT), N′-nitrosoanabasine (NAB), 4-(N-nitrosomethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) of less than about 2.0 μg/g, and a nicotine substitute, wherein said second cigarette comprises less nicotine than the first cigarette.

20 . The smoking cessation kit of claim 19 , further comprising a third cigarette with a reduced amount of nicotine, a collective content of N′-nitrosonornicotine (NNN), N′-nitrosoanatabine (NAT), N′-nitrosoanabasine (NAB), 4-(N-nitrosomethylamino)-1-(3-pyridyl)-1-butanone (NNK) of less than about 2.0 μg/g, and a nicotine substitute, wherein said third cigarette comprises less nicotine than said first or second cigarettes.
