Abstract

A sampling vessel ( 10 ) to be used for analyzing molten metals is separated by a partition ( 14 ) so as to form an upper room ( 16 ) and a lower room ( 18 ). The partition ( 14 ) is provided with one or plurality of openings ( 20 ). Accordingly, the molten metals poured into the vessel ( 10 ) can contact with a large inner surface of the vessel ( 10 ).

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A sampling vessel for measuring cooling temperature of molten metals, comprising a cylindrical main body ( 12 ), a partition ( 14 ) for separating the main body ( 12 ) to an upper room ( 16 ) and a lower room ( 18 ), and an opening ( 20 ) provided to the partition ( 14 ) in order to flowing the molten metals which poured into the upper room ( 16 ) of the main body ( 12 ) into the lower room ( 18 ) so as to contact the molten metals with the wide surface in the vessel.

2 . A sampling vessel claimed in claim 1 in which the opening ( 20 ) is formed in the center of the partition ( 14 ).

       3 . A sampling vessel claimed in claim 1 in which a plurality of opening ( 20 ) are provided to the partition ( 14 ).
