Abstract

The device will hold a wide variety of cans, cups, bottles, jars, soft drink cups, coffee cups, and other similar containers and small items. The device will keep these normally top heavy items steady and stable in a variety of settings where, without assistance from the device, the containers would be more likely to spill their contents. The device is constructed of a flexible material containing weighted filler that is heavier than air, designed to provide stability without rigidity. The bottom of the device is flexible enough to conform to variations in surfaces. The filler material surrounds a cavity designed to hold a secondary container. The device is designed in such a way as to conform to the surface on which it is placed. The device will hold a container upright when the device itself is placed on an uneven, unstable, soft, broken or slanted surface. The device will conform even to surfaces that are significantly uneven such as but not limited to car parking brake handles, car gearshift area, car seats, and car floor.
