Abstract
The present invention relates to colorant preparations comprising a) at least one colorant in particulate form, b) at least one organic solvent having a boiling point of at least 247° C., measured at atmospheric pressure, and c) water, and less than 0.25% by weight of organic solvents having a boiling point below 247° C., measured at atmospheric pressure
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An ink jet process ink comprising
a) at least one colorant in particulate form, b) at least one organic solvent having a boiling point of at least 247° C., measured at atmospheric pressure, and c) water, and less than 0.25% by weight of organic solvents having a boiling point below 247° C., measured at atmospheric pressure.
2 . The ink jet process ink according to claim 1 wherein all organic solvents b) have a boiling point of at least 250° C., measured at atmospheric pressure.
3 . The ink jet process ink according to claim 1 , wherein all organic solvents b) have a decomposition point of at least 200° C.
4 . The ink jet process ink according to claim 1 which comprises at least 30% by weight of water c).
5 . The ink jet process ink according to claim 1 which comprises less than 500 ppm of free heavy metal ions.
6 . A process for printing a substrate by an ink jet process using the ink jet process ink according to claim 1 .
7 . The process according to claim 6 wherein the substrate is a textile substrate.
8 . A printed substrate obtained according to the process of claim 6.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
