Novel RIP3 associated cell cycle proteins, compositions and methods of use
Abstract
The present invention is directed to novel polypeptides, nucleic acids and related molecules which have an effect on or are related to the cell cycle. Also provided herein are vectors and host cells comprising those nucleic acid sequences, chimeric polypeptide molecules comprising the polypeptides of the present invention fused to heterologous polypeptide sequences, antibodies which bind to the polypeptides of the present invention and to methods for producing the polypeptides of the present invention. Further provided by the present invention are methods for identifying novel compositions which mediate cell cycle bioactivity, and the use of such compositions in diagnosis and treatment of disease.

24 . An antibody which specifically binds to a cell cycle protein comprising an amino acid sequence with 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO:2, wherein the cell cycle protein binds to Receptor-Interacting Protein 3 (RIP3).
25 . An antibody which specifically binds to a cell cycle protein comprising an amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:2.
26 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is a monoclonal antibody.

28 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody binds to the full-length cell cycle protein.
29 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody binds to a unique epitope of the cell cycle protein.
30 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is an antibody fragment.
31 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is a monovalent antibody.
32 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is a bispecific antibody.
33 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is a heteroconjugate antibody.
34 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is a chimeric antibody.
35 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is a human antibody.
36 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody is a non-human antibody.
37 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody reduces or eliminates the cell cycle activity of the cell cycle protein.
38 . The antibody of claim 24 , wherein the antibody specifically binds to the cell cycle protein with a binding constant of at least 10 −4 M −1 .
