Structure of a securing mechanism for a garbage bag
Abstract
A garbage can has a holding seat secured in an upper end portion thereof, and a loop-shaped member fitted in the holding seat; the holding seat has a loop shape, an inward loop-shaped protrusion, and a wedge connection portion, which is above the inward loop-shaped protrusion, and has an inward sloping surface; an upper end portion of the wedge connection portion has a larger internal width than a lower end portion of the wedge connection portion; when the loop-shaped member is fitted in the holding seat, it will closely touch the inward sloping surface of the wedge connection portion; therefore, a garbage bag will be secured after it is passed through the loop-shaped member at an upper edge portion, and the upper edge portion of the garbage bag is folded outwards and downwards to cover the loop-shaped member, and the loop-shaped member is tightly fitted in the holding seat.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A securing mechanism for a garbage bag, comprising
a holding seat fitted in an upper end portion of a garbage can; the holding seat having a loop shape, and a middle holding hole; the holding seat having an inward loop-shaped protrusion; the holding seat having a wedge connection portion around the middle holding hole and above the inward loop-shaped protrusion; the wedge connection portion having an inward sloping surface; an upper end portion of the wedge connection portion of the holding seat having a larger internal width than a lower end portion of the wedge connection portion; and a loop-shaped member; the loop-shaped member being capable of being fitted in the holding seat with an outward sloping surface thereof closely touching the inward sloping surface of the wedge connection portion of the holding seat; the loop-shaped member having an inward loop-shaped protrusion around a middle hole thereof; whereby a garbage bag will be secured after the garbage bag is passed through the middle hole of the loop-shaped member at an upper edge portion thereof, and the upper edge portion of the garbage bag is folded outwards and downwards to cover the loop-shaped member, and the loop-shaped member is tightly fitted in the holding seat.
2 . The securing mechanism for a garbage bag as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the holding seat has a gap on a lower side; the gap of the holding seat holding a portion of a propping rod of the garbage can for allowing the propping rod to move.
3 . The securing mechanism for a garbage bag as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the garbage can has an internal protrusion on an inner side of the upper end portion, and the holding seat has a plurality of fitting bars on an outward side thereof, and it is secured in the garbage can with the fitting bars being engaged with the internal protrusion of the garbage can.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
