Bracelet with a cosmetic container
Abstract
A bracelet includes a first semi-ring with a first pivot end and a first non-pivot end opposed to the first pivot end. A second semi-ring has a second pivot end pivotally mounted to the first pivot end, a second non-pivot end opposed to the second pivot end, a positioning member provided between the first and second pivot ends to prevent the two pivot ends from freely pivoting, and a channel defined along an inner circumference of the second semi-ring. A cosmetic container has a containing body with a chamber detachably mounted in the channel. An open end is communicated with the chamber and extends out from the second non-pivot end of the second semi-ring. A plug is mounted at the open end. Whereby, cosmetic such as scent can be contained in the container and sprayed out from the plug.

a first semi-ring ( 10 ) having a first pivot end ( 11 ), a first non-pivot end ( 13 ) opposed to the first pivot end ( 11 ); a second semi-ring ( 20 ) having a second pivot end ( 21 ) pivotally mounted to the first pivot end ( 11 ), a second non-pivot end opposed to the second pivot end ( 11 ), a positioning member ( 25 ) provided between the first and second pivot ends ( 11 , 21 ) to prevent the two pivot ends from freely pivoting, and a channel ( 23 ) defined along an inner circumference of the second semi-ring ( 20 ); a cosmetic container ( 30 ) having a containing body ( 31 ) with a chamber detachably mounted in the channel ( 23 ), an open end ( 311 ) communicated with the chamber and extending out from the second non-pivot end of the second semi-ring ( 20 ), and a plug ( 32 ) mounted at the open end ( 311 ).
2 . The bracelet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the positioning member ( 25 ) includes a tongue ( 12 ) formed at the first pivot end ( 11 ), and a stop ( 22 ) formed at the second pivot end ( 21 ), whereby the tongue ( 12 ) is blocked by the stop ( 22 ) when the first and second semi-rings ( 10 , 20 ) are combined together.
3 . The bracelet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the positioning member ( 25 ) is a torsion spring ( 26 ) with a first end fixed on the first pivot end ( 11 ) and a second end fixed on the second pivot end ( 21 ).
4 . The bracelet as claimed in claim 1 further comprising an external cover ( 40 ) movably mounted on the first non-pivot end ( 13 ) to conceal the plug ( 32 ).
5 . The bracelet as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the first non-pivot end ( 13 ) has at least one slot ( 14 ) defined in the first non-pivot end, and the external cover ( 40 ) has a barrel ( 41 ) receiving the plug ( 32 ), and an upper shield ( 42 ) with at least one rail ( 44 ) positioned in the at least one slot ( 14 ).
6 . The bracelet as claimed in claim 4 , wherein the external cover ( 40 ) has an ornament ( 43 ) mounted an outer surface of the external cover ( 40 ).
7 . The bracelet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the plug ( 32 ) has a conduit ( 322 ) extending into the containing body ( 31 ) and a spray nozzle ( 321 ) defined in the plug ( 32 ) and communicated with the conduit ( 322 ).
8 . The bracelet as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the second semi-ring ( 20 ) has multiple lugs ( 231 ) formed at two sides of the channel ( 23 ) to prevent the containing body ( 31 ) from escaping from the channel ( 23 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
