Abstract

A Bounce Board to Superimpose upon Sports Ball comprising the platform for an operator to stand on, the thrust acceptor to accept the thrust from the sports ball, the quick-release holder to hold the board by operator with feet or/and hands and the fastener for fastening the sports ball to the thrust acceptor. The board superimposes the sports ball. Doing bouncing exercise the operator bounces upon firm surface using the board and the sports ball fastened to the board as a tool to rebound off the surface. The sports ball is not a part of the board.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A bounce board comprising:
 a) a platform having upper side and under side and suitable for an operator or operators to stand on upper side of the platform; b) a quick-release holder or quick-release holders attached to the upper side of the platform and suitable for the operator or the operators to hold with feet directly or/and with hands via mechanical link; c) a thrust acceptor or thrust acceptors attached to under side of the platform and suitable to accept thrust from a resilience or resiliencies without allowing its or their shift or shifts along the platform; d) a quick-acting fastener or quick-acting fasteners attached to the under side of the platform and suitable to fasten the resilience or the resiliencies to the thrust acceptor or the acceptors.

2 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the board has connectors or a connector for a mechanical link or/and electric wire or electric wires.

3 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 1 , wherein any or some or every of the thrust acceptors or the thrust acceptor coincides with the platform partially or on whole.

4 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the work surface of any or some or every of the thrust acceptors or the thrust acceptor is a conoid.

5 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 1 , wherein the work surface of any or some or every of the thrust acceptors or the thrust acceptor plated partially or as a whole with elastic or/and adhesive material.

6 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 1 , wherein any or some or every of the quick-release holders or the quick-release holder comprises an elastic cushion or elastic cushions suitable for the operators or the operator to squeeze said cushion or cushions with feet.

7 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 1 , wherein any or some or every of the quick-release holders or the holder comprises a detail or details suitable for the operators or the operator to hold with feet.

8 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 1 , wherein any or some or every of the fasteners or the fastener is a vacuum sucker or vacuum suckers.

9 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 8 , wherein any or some or every of the thrust acceptors or thrust acceptor coincides with the vacuum sucker partially or on whole.

10 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 8 , wherein the work surface of any or some or every of the vacuum suckers or the vacuum sucker is a conoid.

11 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 8 , wherein the work surface of any or some or every of the vacuum suckers or the vacuum sucker plated partially or as a whole with elastic or/and adhesive material.

12 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 8 , wherein the inner volume of any or some or every of the vacuum suckers or the vacuum sucker is connected to the outside through a non-return valve or non-return valves.

13 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 8 , wherein the board has a vacuum pump or vacuum pumps to pump out air from the inner volume of the vacuum sucker or any or some or every of the vacuum suckers.

14 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 13 , wherein any or some or every of the vacuum pumps or the vacuum pump uses energy from bouncing by the operator or the operators.

15 . A bounce board in accordance with claim 13 , wherein any or some or every of the vacuum pumps or the vacuum pump feeds on a source of electric energy mounted on/or into the board.
