Abstract

A method of using carnival beads to create twisted bead structures. A plurality of primary bead strands are twisted together in order to create quaternary structures having particular three-dimensional configurations. The structures can be interlocked together to form larger structures.

1 . A method of making a 1-Spiralz bead structure from carnival beads, said bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 providing a first and a second primary strand of carnival beads, each said primary strand having a string and a plurality of beads, each bead fixed thereon said string such that each of said beads are adjacent to each other and each of said beads of said primary strand having a fixed rope space there between,    preparing said first and second primary strands by cutting carnival beads each, said first primary strand having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , said second primary strand having a first rope space R 3  between a first bead B 4  and a second bead B 5 , a second rope space R 4  between said second bead B 5  and a third bead B 6 , a third rope space R 5  between said third bead B 6  and a fourth bead B 7 , and a fourth rope space R 6  between said fourth bead B 7  and a fifth bead B 8 , forming a plurality of a 1-Spiralz along said first primary strand with said second primary strand, each said 1-Spiralz formed by using the following steps: 
 laying a said second primary strand over said first primary strand such that said first rope space R 3  of said second primary strand intersects and contacts said rope space R 1  of said first primary strand, such that said first bead B 1  and said second bead B 2  of said first primary strand are perpendicular to said fourth bead B 4  and said fifth bead B 5  of said second primary strand;  
 twisting said second primary strand rope space R 3  around said rope space R 1  of said first primary strand such that said first bead B 1  is positioned on a first side of said second primary strand while said second bead B 2  is positioned on a second side of said second primary strand, whereby said third rope space R 3  of said second primary strand is twisted around said first rope space R 1  of said first primary strand and said first primary strand and said second primary strand are interlocked to one another;  
 twisting said fourth bead B 4  and said fifth bead B 5  of said second primary strand 180 degrees relative to one another, where said fourth rope space R 4 , said fifth rope space R 5 , and said sixth rope space R 6  remain unoccupied and available for twisting;  
 laying said second primary strand over said first primary strand such that said sixth rope space R 6  of said second primary strand intersects and contacts said rope space R 2  of said first primary strand such that said second bead B 2  and said third bead B 3  of said first primary strand are perpendicular to said fourth bead B 7  and said fifth bead B 8  of said second primary strand;  
 twisting said second primary strand rope space R 6  around said rope space R 2  of said first primary strand such that said second bead B 2  is positioned on a first side of said second primary strand while said third bead B 3  is positioned on a second side of said second primary strand, whereby said fourth rope space R 6  of said second primary strand is twisted around said second rope space R 2  of said first primary strand and said first primary strand and said second primary strand are interlocked to one another;  
 twisting said fourth bead B 7  and said fifth bead B 8  of said second primary strand 180 degrees relative to one another, thereby forming a 1-Spiralz structure.  
   
   
   
       2 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising lengthening said 1-Spiralz bead structure by interlocking said 1-Spiralz bead structure to a second 1-Spiralz bead structure, said interlocking accomplished by twisting a third sequential unoccupied rope space of said second primary stand to the next sequential unoccupied rope space of said first primary strand and selectively trimming off excess beads from said 1-Spiralz bead structure.  
   
   
       3 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising a method where all twists made in said 1-Spiralz structure are reversed 180 degrees to form a Right 1-Spiralz structure.  
   
   
       4 . A method of making a 6-Curlz bead structure from carnival beads, said 6-Curlz bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 Providing a primary strand A of carnival beads, said primary strand A having a string and a plurality of beads, each bead fixed thereon said string such that each of said beads are adjacent to each other and of said primary strand A having a fixed rope space therebetween,    Preparing said primary strand A by cutting carnival beads once, said primary strand A having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , a third rope space R 3  between said third bead B 3  and a fourth bead B 4 , a fourth rope space R 4  between said fourth bead B 4  and a fifth B 5 , a fifth rope space R 5  between said fifth bead B 5  and a sixth bead B 6 , a sixth rope space R 6  between said sixth bead B 6  and a seventh bead B 7 , and a seventh rope space R 7  between said seventh bead B 7  and an eighth bead B 8     Forming a plurality of 6-Curlz along said primary strand A, each said 6-Curlz formed by using the following steps: 
 laying said primary strand A over said primary strand A such that said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand A intersects and contacts said rope space R 7  of said primary strand A, such that said first bead B 1  and said second bead B 2  of said primary strand A are perpendicular to said seventh bead B 7  and said eighth bead B 8  of said primary strand A;  
 twisting said primary rope space R 7  around said rope space R 1  of said primary strand A such that said first bead B 1  is positioned on a first side of said primary strand A while said eighth bead B 8  is positioned on a second side of said primary strand A, whereby said seventh rope R 7  of said primary strand A is twisted around said rope space R 1  of said primary strand A and said primary strand A is interlocked to itself,  
 twisting said second bead B 2  and said fifth bead B 5  of said primary strand A 180 degrees relative to one another, thereby forming a 6-Curlz structure.  
   
   
   
       5 . The method of  claim 4 , further comprising lengthening said 6-Curlz bead structure by interlocking said 6-Curlz bead structure to a second 6-Curlz bead structure, said interlocking accomplished by twisting a seventh sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand A to the first sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand A; and selectively trimming off excess beads from said 6-Curlz bead structure.  
   
   
       6 . A method of making a Flowerz bead structure from carnival beads, said Flowerz bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 providing a primary strand of carnival beads, said primary strand having a string and a plurality of beads fixed thereon said string, each said bead adjacent to a second bead of said primary strand and having a fixed rope space there between,    preparing said primary strand by cutting carnival beads, said individual strand having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , a third rope space R 3  between said third bead B 3  and a fourth bead B 4 , a fourth rope space R 4  between said fourth bead B 4  and a fifth bead B 5 , a fifth rope space R 5  between said fifth bead B 5  and a sixth bead B 6 , a sixth rope space R 6  between said sixth bead B 6  and a seventh bead B 7 , and a seventh rope space R 7  between said seventh bead B 7  and an eighth bead B 8 ,    forming a plurality of Flowerz along said primary strand, each said Flower formed by using the following steps: 
 laying said primary strand over said primary strand such that said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand intersects and contacts said seventh rope space R 7  of said primary strand, such that said first bead B 1  and said second bead B 2  are perpendicular to said seventh bead B 7  and said eighth bead B 8  of said primary strand, twisting said rope space R 7  around said rope space R 1  such that said seventh bead B 7  is positioned on a first side of said primary strand while said eighth bead B 8  is positioned on a second side of said primary strand, whereby said seventh rope space R 7  of said primary strand is twisted around said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand and said primary strand is interlocked to itself,  
 twisting said seventh bead B 7  and said eighth bead B 8  of said primary strand 180 degrees relative to one another, wherein said second rope space P 2 , said third rope space R 3 , said fourth rope space R 4 , said fifth rope space R 5 , and said sixth rope space R 6  remain unoccupied and available for twisting,

       7 . A method of making a 4-2 Breakbeadz bead structure from carnival beads, said 4-2 Breakbeadz bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 providing a first and a second primary strand of carnival beads, each said primary strand having a string and a plurality of beads fixed thereon said string, each said bead adjacent to a second bead of said primary strand and having a fixed rope space there between,    preparing said first primary strand by removing every fourth of said beads in sequence from said string, forming a rope space gap G 1  the equivalent of three sequential rope spaces,    preparing a plurality of Prep- 3  strands by cutting said first primary strand into strands having three beads each, said first Prep  3 A having a first rope space r 1  between a first bead P 1  and a second bead P 2 , and a second rope space r 2  between said second bead P 2  and a third bead P 3 , said second Prep  3 B having a first rope space r 3  between a first bead P 4  and a second bead P 5 , and a second rope space r 4  between said second bead P 5  and a third bead P 6 ,    forming a plurality of 4-2 Breakbeadz along said second primary strand with said Prep- 3 s, each said 4-2 Breakbeadz formed by using the following steps: 
 laying said second Prep  3 B over said first Prep  3 A such that said first rope space r 4  of said second Prep  3 B intersects and contacts said second rope space r 2  of said first Prep  3 A, such that said first bead P 4  and said second bead P 5  of said second Prep  3 B are perpendicular to said second bead P 2  and said third bead P 3  of said first Prep  3 A;  
 twisting said second Prep  3 B rope space r 3  around said first Prep  3 A rope space r 2  such that said first bead P 4  is positioned on a first side of said first Prep  3 A while said second bead P 5  is positioned on a second side of said first Prep  3 A, whereby said first rope space r 3  of said second Prep  3 B is twisted around said second rope space r 2  of said first Prep  3 A and said first Prep  3 A and said second Prep  3 B are interlocked to one another,

 twisting the first unoccupied rope space of said first Prep  3 A to the last unoccupied rope space of said fourth Prep  3 D,  
 laying a second 4-2 Breakbeadz over said second primary strand such that said second 4-2 Breakbeadz intersects and contacts the same gapped rope space GX of said second primary strand as said first 4-2 Breakbeadz,

       8 . A method of making a  4 -Braidz bead structure from carnival beads, said  4 -Braidz bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 Providing primary strands A, B and C of carnival beads, said primary strands A, B and C disposed adjacent to each other and having a string and having a plurality of beads, each bead fixed thereon said string such that each of said beads are adjacent to each other and each of said beads of said primary strands A, B and C have a fixed rope space therebetween,    Preparing said primary strands A, B and C by cutting carnival beads once, said primary strand A having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , a third rope space R 3  between said third bead B 3  and a fourth bead B 4 , a fourth rope space R 4  between said fourth bead B 4  and a fifth B 5 , a fifth rope space R 5  between said fifth bead B 5  and a sixth bead B 6 , and a sixth rope space R 6  between said sixth bead B 6  and a seventh bead B 7 , said primary strand B having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , a third rope space R 3  between said third bead B 3  and a fourth bead B 4 , a fourth rope space R 4  between said fourth bead B 4  and a fifth B 5 , a fifth rope space R 5  between said fifth bead B 5  and a sixth bead B 6 , and a sixth rope space R 6  between said sixth bead B 6  and a seventh bead B 7 , said primary strand C having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , a third rope space R 3  between said third bead B 3  and a fourth bead B 4 , a fourth rope space R 4  between said fourth bead B 4  and a fifth B 5 , a fifth rope space R 5  between said fifth bead B 5  and a sixth bead B 6 , and a sixth rope space R 6  between said sixth bead B 6  and a seventh bead B 7 ,    Forming a plurality of 4-Braidz along said primary strand A, each said 4-Braidz formed by using the following steps:

   Forming a plurality of 4-Braidz along said primary strand C, each said 4-Braidz formed by using the following steps: 
 laying said primary strand C over said primary strand C such that first rope space R 1  of said primary strand C intersects and contacts said sixth rope space R 5  of said primary strand C, such that said first bead B 1  and said second bead B 2  of said primary strand C are perpendicular to said fifth bead B 5  and said sixth bead B 6  of said primary strand C;  
 twisting said fifth rope space R 5  of said primary strand C around said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand C such that said fifth bead B 5  is positioned on a first side of said primary strand C while said sixth bead B 6  is positioned on a second side of said primary strand C, whereby said fifth rope R 5  of said primary strand C is twisted around said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand C and said primary strand C is interlocked to itself,  
 twisting said second fifth bead B 5  and said sixth bead B 6  of said primary strand C 180 degrees relative to one another, forming a basic 4-Braidz structure.  
   
   
   
       9 . The method of  claim 8 , further comprising lengthening said 4-Braidz bead structure by interlocking said 4-Braidz bead structure to a second 4-Braidz bead structure, 
 said interlocking accomplished by twisting a seventh sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand A to the third sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand A; and    twisting a seventh sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand B to the third sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand B; and    twisting a seventh sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand C to the third sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand C.    
   
   
       10 . The method of  claim 8 , twisting a first unoccupied rope space of said primary strand A to a second sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand B; and twisting a second unoccupied rope space of said primary strand A to a second sequential unoccupied rope space of said primary strand C; wherein said primary strands A, B, and C are interlocked to one another.  
   
   
       11 . The method of  claim 8 , further comprising connecting said primary strands A, B, and C in a braid where said primary strand A is disposed to the left of said primary strand B, and said primary strand B is disposed to the left of said primary strand C such that primary strand B is in a middle, primary strand A is on a left of said middle and primary strand C is on a right of said middle; 
 and said primary strand A crosses over said primary strand B, and said primary strand C crosses over said primary strand A; and said primary strand B crosses over said primary strand C; and said primary strand A crosses over said primary strand B, and said primary strand C crosses over said primary strand A continuing in a left-over-middle, right-over-middle configuration, thereby forming a basic 4-3 Braidz bead structure.    
   
   
       12 . The method of  claim 10 , further comprising connecting said primary strands A, B, and C in a braid where said primary strand A is disposed to the left of said primary strand B, and said primary strand B is disposed to the left of said primary strand C such that primary strand B is in a middle, primary strand A is on a left of said middle and primary strand C is on a right of said middle; and said primary strand A crosses over said primary strand B, and said primary strand C crosses over said primary strand A; and said primary strand B crosses over said primary strand C; and said primary strand A crosses over said primary strand B, and said primary strand C crosses over said primary strand A continuing in a left-over-middle, right-over-middle configuration, thereby forming a basic 4-3 Braidz bead structure; and selectively trimming off excess beads from said 4-3 Braidz bead structure.  
   
   
       13 . A method of making a 6-Linkz bead structure from carnival beads, said 6-Linkz bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 Providing primary strands A and B of carnival beads, said primary strands A and B disposed adjacent to each other and having a string and a plurality of beads, each bead fixed thereon said string such that each of said beads of said primary strands A and B are adjacent to each other and each of said beads of said primary strands A and B have a fixed rope space therebetween,    Preparing said primary strands A and B by cutting carnival beads once, said primary strand A having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , a third rope space R 3  between said third bead B 3  and a fourth bead B 4 , a fourth rope space R 4  between said fourth bead B 4  and a fifth bead B 5 , said primary strand B having a first rope space rope space R 5  between a first bead B 6  and a second bead B 7 , a second rope space R 6  between said second bead B 7  and a third bead B 8 , a third rope space R 7  between said third bead B 8  and a fourth bead B 9 , and a fourth rope space R 8  between said fourth bead B 9  and a fifth bead B 10 ,    Forming a plurality of 6-Linkz along said primary strands A and B, each said 6-Linkz formed by using the following steps: 
 laying said primary strand B over said primary strand A such that first rope space R 1  of said primary strand A intersects and contacts first rope space R 5  of said primary strand B, such that said first bead B 1  and said second bead B 2  of said primary strand A are perpendicular to said first bead B 6  and said second bead B 7  of said primary strand B;  
 twisting said first rope space R 5  of said primary strand B around said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand A such that said first bead B 1  of said primary strand A is positioned on a first side of said primary strand B while said first bead B 6  of said primary strand B is positioned on a second side of said primary strand A, whereby said first rope R 5  of said primary strand B is twisted around said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand A and said primary strand A and said primary strand B are interlocked to one another,  
 twisting said first bead B 1  of primary strand A and said first bead B 6  of said primary strand B 180 degrees relative to one another, wherein said second rope space R 2 , said third rope space R 3 , and said fourth rope space R 4  of said primary strand A and said second rope space R 6 , said third rope space R 7 , and said fourth rope space R 8  of said primary strand B remain unoccupied and available for twisting,  
 laying said primary strand B over said primary strand A such that fourth rope space R 4  of said primary strand A intersects and contacts said fourth rope space R 8  of said primary strand B, such that said fourth bead B 4  and said fifth bead B 5  of said primary strand A are perpendicular to said fourth bead B 9  and said fifth bead B 10  of said primary strand B;  
 twisting said fourth rope space R 8  of said primary strand B around said fourth rope space R 4  of said primary strand A such that said fourth bead B 4  of said primary strand A is positioned on a first side of said primary strand B while said fourth bead B 9  of said primary strand B is positioned on a second side of said primary strand A, whereby said fourth rope R 8  of said primary strand B is twisted around said fourth rope space R 4  of said primary strand A and said primary strand A and said primary strand B are interlocked to one another,  
 twisting said fifth bead B 5  of primary strand A and said fifth bead B 10  of said primary strand B 180 degrees relative to one another, wherein said second rope space R 2  and said third rope space R 3  of said primary strand A and said second rope space R 6  and said third rope space R 7  of said primary strand B remain unoccupied and available for twisting,  
 preparing a plurality of Prep- 2 s by cutting carnival beads into strands having two beads each,  
 twisting said Prep- 2 s to said second rope space R 2  and said third rope space R 3  of said primary strand A and said second rope space R 6  and said third rope space R 7  of said primary strand B, thereby forming a basic 6-Linkz structure.  
   
   
   
       14 . A method of making a 6-Loopz bead structure from carnival beads, said 6-Loopz bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 Providing primary strands A, B and C of carnival beads, said primary strands A, B and C disposed adjacent to each other and having a string and a plurality of beads, each bead fixed thereon said string such that each of said beads are adjacent to each other and each of said beads of said primary strands A, B and C have a fixed rope space therebetween,    Preparing said primary strands A, B and C by cutting carnival beads once, said primary strand A having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , and a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , said primary strand B having a first rope space R 3  between a first bead B 4  and a second bead B 5 , said primary strand C having a first rope space R 4  between a first bead B 6  and a second bead B 7 ,    Forming a plurality of 6-Loopz along said primary strands A, B and C, each said 6-Loopz formed by using the following steps: 
 laying said primary strand B over said primary strand A such that first rope space R 3  of said primary strand B intersects and contacts said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand A, such that said first bead B 4  and said second bead B 5  of said primary strand B are perpendicular to said first bead B  1  and said second bead B 2  of said primary strand A;  
 twisting said first rope space R 3  of said primary strand B around said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand A such that said first bead B 4  is positioned on a first side of said primary strand A while said second bead B 5  is positioned on a second side of said primary strand A, whereby said first rope R 3  of said primary strand B is twisted around said first rope space R 1  of said primary strand A and said primary strand A and said primary strand B are interlocked to one another,

 laying said second Prep  3 B over said first Prep  3 A such that said first rope space r 4  of said second Prep  3 B intersects and contacts said second rope space r 2  of said first Prep  3 A, such that said first bead P 4  and said second bead P 5  of said second Prep  3 B are perpendicular to said second bead P 2  and said third bead P 3  of said first Prep  3 A;  
 twisting said second Prep  3 B rope space r 3  around said first Prep  3 A rope space r 2  such that said first bead P 4  is positioned on a first side of said first Prep  3 A while said second bead P 5  is positioned on a second side of said first Prep  3 A, whereby said first rope space r 3  of said second Prep  3 B is twisted around said second rope space r 2  of said first Prep  3 A and said first Prep  3 A and said second Prep  3 B are interlocked to one another,  
 twisting said first bead P 4  and said second bead P 5  of said second Prep  3 B 180 degrees relative to one another, wherein said first Prep  3 A rope space r 1  and said second Prep  3 B rope space r 4  remain unoccupied and available for twisting,  
 lengthening said Starz by sequentially twisting the unoccupied rope space of Prep  3 B around an unoccupied rope space of an immediately adjacent Prep- 3 , until at least four Prep- 3 s have been interlocked to one another,  
 laying said Starz over said primary strand B such that said Starz intersects and contacts a rope space X of said primary strand B, twisting the first unoccupied rope space of a first Prep  3 A to the last unoccupied rope space of a final Prep- 3 , thereby forming a basic Starz structure.  
   
   
   
       16 . A method of making a Medallionz bead structure from carnival beads, said Medallionz bead structure having a quaternary structure formed from a plurality of twisted carnival bead strands, comprising: 
 Providing primary strands A and B of carnival beads, said primary strands A and B disposed adjacent to each other and having a string and a plurality of beads, each bead fixed thereon said string such that each of said beads are adjacent to each other and each of said beads of said primary strands A and B having a fixed rope space therebetween, said primary strand A beads being at least three quarters times larger than said primary strand B beads,    Preparing a plurality of Prep- 4  strands by cutting said primary strand B into strands having four beads each, each said Prep- 4  strand having a first rope space r 1  between a first bead P 1  and a second bead P 2 , a middle rope space r 2  between said second bead P 2  and a third bead P 3 , and a last rope space r 3  between said third bead P 3  and fourth bead P 4 ,    Forming a plurality of arms along said primary strand, each said aim formed by using the following steps: 
 laying a first Prep- 4  over said primary strand A such that said middle rope space r 2  of said first Prep- 4  intersects and contacts a rope space X of said primary strand A, such that said first bead P 1  and said second bead P 2  hang down on a first side of said primary strand A, and such that said third bead P 3  and said fourth bead P 4  hang down on a second side of said primary strand A,  
 twisting said Prep- 4  around said rope space X of said primary strand A such that said third bead and said fourth bead P 4  are positioned on said first side of said primary strand A while said first bead P 1  and said second bead P 2  are positioned on said second side of said primary strand, whereby said middle rope space r 2  of said Prep- 4  strand is twisted around said rope space X of said primary strand and said Prep- 4  and said primary strand A are interlocked to one another,

 Providing primary strands A, B, C, and D of carnival beads, said primary strands A, B, C, and D disposed adjacent to each other and having a string and a plurality of beads, each bead fixed thereon said string such that each of said beads are adjacent to each other and each of said beads of said primary strands A, B, C and D having a fixed rope space therebetween,    Preparing said primary strands A, B, C, and D by cutting carnival beads once, said primary strand A having a first rope space R 1  between a first bead B 1  and a second bead B 2 , a second rope space R 2  between said second bead B 2  and a third bead B 3 , and a third rope space R 3  between said third bead B 3  and a fourth bead B 4 , said primary strand B having a first rope space R 4  between a first bead B 5  and a second bead B 6 , a second rope space rope space R 5  between said second bead B 6  and a third bead B 7 ,and a third rope space R 6  between said third bead B 7  and a fourth bead B 8 ,    Forming a plurality of Fabricz along said primary strands A, B, C, and D, each said Fabricz formed by using the following steps:
