Abstract

The invention discloses proteins having β(1-3)glucanosyltransferase type activities. These proteins can be used for detecting the antifungal activity of molecules.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 23 . (canceled)

24 . An isolated protein having β-(1-3)-glycanosyltransferase type activity, wherein the protein has at least 50% homology with a protein comprising SEQ ID NO 2.

25 . The protein according to claim 24 , wherein the protein comprises at least one site for N-linked glycosylation.

26 . The protein according to claim 24 , wherein the protein is attached to a plasma membrane by a glycosylphosphatidylinositol radical.

27 . The protein according to claim 24 , wherein said protein has at least 60% homology with a protein comprising SEQ ID NO 2.

28 . The protein according to claim 24 , wherein said protein has at least 85% homology with a protein comprising SEQ ID NO 2.

29 . A polypeptide fragment having β-(1-3)-glycanosyltransferase type activity of the protein according to any one of claims 24 - 28 .
