Moveable object accountability system

Abstract

This discloses an accountability system for monitoring the status of a certain condition of a moveable object having an electronic identification device with a transmittable unique identification code. A verification station with an electronic signal transmission and reception device remotely initiates communication with the electronic identification device on the moveable object and receives the unique identification code. A database at the verification station retrieves information related to said unique identification code, and a camera captures a digital image of said moveable object, while displaying the image and querying a user to input verification data to an input device. A data processing sub-system at the verification station verifies the user's input and compiles a data record of the unique identification code, the digital image, and data input from the user into a data record and stores the compiled record in memory for later communication with a remote storage device.

A subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system, wherein said movable object accountability system monitors and communicates a status of at least one condition of a movable object, wherein said at least one condition comprises one of a visible indication of distinguishing characteristics of said movable object, a visible licensing indicator on said movable object corresponding to a subscriber, or a graphical representation on said movable object, said subscriber information and account management system comprising: 
 A) a subscriber identification device for: 
 1) identifying a subscriber to said subscriber information and account management system and said movable object accountability system; and  
 2) identifying a subscriber account associated with said subscriber and managed by said subscriber information and account management system; and  
 3) identifying said subscriber and said associated subscriber account to a vendor providing goods or services during a transaction for goods or services;  
   B) a subscriber information and account management processor for: 
 1) receiving communication from said movable object accountability system on said status of said at least one condition of said movable object;  
 2) receiving transaction data associated with said subscriber when said subscriber identification device is presented for transactions with said vendor providing goods or services; and  
 3) generating a subscriber specific data report comprising data associated with said subscriber; and  
   C) said subscriber information and account database in communication with said remote subscriber information and account management processor for: 
 1) storing and retrieving all communication received from said movable object accountability system associated with said subscriber; and  
 2) storing and retrieving all data associated with said subscriber identification device for when presented for commercial transactions.

The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 1 , wherein said data associated with said subscriber identification device is stored when said identification device is presented to a vendor for a transaction of goods or services.

The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 1 , wherein said movable object accountability system further monitors and communicates a geographic location or travel route of said movable object, and said remote subscriber information and account management processor further receives communication from said movable object accountability system on said geographic location or said travel routes of said movable object.  
   
   
       4 . The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 1 , wherein said subscriber identification device comprises of the group consisting of: 
 a unique electronically readable identification code specific to said subscriber; and    a unique printed or optically image specific to said subscriber readable to an electronic reader.

The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 1 , wherein said the subscriber identification device comprises a subscriber identified vendor or marketing group specific transaction loyalty card, wherein value for the purchase of goods or services is associated with said subscriber account.

The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 1 , wherein said subscriber identification device comprises a subscriber identified financial transaction card, wherein value for the purchase of goods or services, or a financial credit line for the purchase of goods or services is associated with said subscriber account.

The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 1 , wherein said remote subscriber information and account management processor further issues a credit value to said subscriber account based on said status of said at least one condition of said movable object received from said movable object accountability system.  
   
   
       8 . The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 1 , wherein said subscriber identification device further identifies said subscriber at a location at a specific time.

The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 8 , wherein said remote subscriber information and account management processor further receives location and time data associated with said subscriber when said subscriber identification device is presented at said location capable of identifying said subscriber identification device and communicating data of such identification and said specific time of presentation to said remote subscriber information account management processor.

The subscriber information and account management system for a movable object accountability system of  claim 9 , wherein said subscriber information and account database further stores and retrieves all data associated with said subscriber when said subscriber identification device is presented at said location and at said time.

A method of collecting subscriber data by a subscriber information and account management system within a movable object accountability system, wherein said movable object accountability system monitors and communicates a status of at least one condition of a movable object, wherein said at least one condition comprises one of a visible indication of distinguishing characteristics of said movable object, a visible licensing indicator on said movable object corresponding to a subscriber, or a graphical representation on said movable object, said method of collecting subscriber data comprising the steps of: 
 providing a subscriber with a subscriber identification device, wherein said subscriber identification device identifies said subscriber to said subscriber information and account management system, and identifies a subscriber account associated with said subscriber and managed by said subscriber information and account management system;    receiving communication at said subscriber information and account management system from said movable object accountability system on the status of said at least one condition of said movable object associated with said subscriber;    identifying said subscriber account by said subscriber identification device;    receiving identification data associated with said subscriber identification device from said step of identifying said subscriber account at said subscriber information and account management system.

The method of collecting subscriber data by a subscriber information and account management system within a movable object accountability system of  claim 11 , wherein said subscriber identification device further identifies said subscriber to said movable object accountability system.

The method of collecting subscriber data by a subscriber information and account management system within a movable object accountability system of  claim 11 , wherein said step of identifying further comprises identifying said subscriber account by said subscriber identification device by a vendor providing goods or services.

The method of collecting subscriber data by a subscriber information and account management system within a movable object accountability system of  claim 11 , wherein said step of identifying further comprises identifying said subscriber account by said subscriber identification device at a location capable of recognizing said subscriber identification device.
