Abstract
The invention relates to a closing lid or closure cover having a lid element ( 1 ) and an insert element ( 2 ). The insert element ( 2 ) can comprise a hard component having a center region. The center region acts upon an elastic counter-region of the lid element ( 1 ) such that the lid element ( 1 ) and the insert element ( 2 ) can be locked together in a mounted state.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . Closing lid, comprising two plastic components, for tight closure of an opening ( 38 ) in a support plate ( 35 ), especially a motor vehicle body, with a dish-like designed lid element ( 1 ) and an insert element ( 2 )
characterized in that the insert element ( 2 ) consisting of a hard component, presents a center region ( 10 , 10 ′), which, in mounted state of the closing lid acts upon an elastic counter-region ( 20 ) of the lid element ( 1 ) and that the lid element ( 1 ) and the insert element ( 2 ) can be locked together in mounted state.
2 . Closing lid according to claim 1 , characterized in that the elastic counter region ( 20 ) of the lid element ( 1 ) presents a plate ( 15 ) positioned opposite the center region ( 10 , 10 ′) of the insert element ( 2 ), which is connected via a thin conical segment ( 18 ) with a collar ( 21 ) of the lid element ( 1 ).
3 . Closing lid according to claim 1 and 2 , characterized in that the center region ( 10 ) of the insert element ( 2 ) is designed as a hollow cylinder ( 12 ).
4 . Closing lid according to claim 3 , characterized in that the hollow cylinder is connected with a cover plate ( 14 ) of the insert element ( 2 ).
5 . Closing lid according to claim 4 , characterized in that between the cover plate ( 14 ) of the insert element ( 2 ) and the hollow cylinder ( 12 ) recesses ( 16 ) are arranged.
6 . Closing lid according to claim 2 , characterized in that the collar ( 21 ) of the closing lid ( 1 ) passes over via an intermediate ring ( 22 ) into a cover region ( 25 ) which, in mounted state of the closing lid, acts upon the support plate in the region of the opening.
7 . Closing lid according to claim 6 , characterized in that the intermediate ring ( 22 ) presents a locking region ( 30 , 30 ′, 30 ″) which can be embedded into at least one counter-locking stop ( 31 ; 32 ; 31 ′) at the insert element ( 2 ).
8 . Closing lid according to claim 7 , characterized in that for pre-mounting of the insert element ( 2 ) there is arranged at the lid element ( 1 ) a first counter-locking stop ( 31 ) in the anterior region of a collar ( 40 ) of the insert element ( 2 ).
9 . Closing lid according to claim 7 and 8 , characterized in that for final mounting of the insert element ( 2 ) at the lid element ( 1 ) there is arranged, at the collar ( 40 ) behind the first counter-locking stop ( 31 ) a second counter-locking stop ( 32 ).
10 . Closing lid according to one or several of the preceding claims, characterized in that the cover plate ( 14 ) of the insert element ( 2 ) protrudes beyond the collar ( 40 ) and can be embedded in mounted state in a recess ( 50 ) of the closing lid ( 1 ).
11 . Closing lid according to claim 3 , characterized in that the hollow cylinder ( 12 ) presents a locking stop ( 51 ) which can be embedded into two successively arranged counter-locking stops ( 53 ; 55 ) of a peg ( 60 ) at the plate ( 15 ) of the lid element ( 1 ) for pre-mounting and/or final mounting.
12 . Closing lid according to claim 7 , characterized in that the locking region ( 30 ) comprises a number of over the circumference distributed locking teeth ( 30 ′).
13 . Closing lid according to claim 6 , characterized in that the collar ( 21 ) of the closing lid ( 1 ) presents, on the inside, a number of over the circumference distributed cross-pieces ( 65 ).
14 . Closing lid according to claim 1 , characterized in that the center region ( 10 ) of the insert element ( 2 ) is connected by means of thin locations ( 66 ) with a circular-shaped circumferential counter-locking stop ( 31 ′) and that the counter-locking stop ( 31 ′) is embedded in a locking region ( 30 ″) of the lid element ( 1 ).Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
