Portable Bottle with Refrigeration/Heater System

Abstract

An inexpensive portable bottle capable of keeping fluid (such as beverage) cold or hot for several hours. The portable bottle comprises a cap, and two containers: an upper fluid container designed to keep fluid (such as beverage) inside it; and a lower sealed container completely sealed and filled with a substance that remains cold or hot for several hours. The portable bottle is designated to be placed inside a refrigerator or microwave or similar devices until the substance, located inside the lower sealed container, gets cold or hot. Afterwards, users can place beverage inside the upper fluid container, close it with the cap and carry the portable bottle with them for later consumption of the beverage. The portable bottle will keep the beverage cold or hot for several hours.

What is claimed is:  
     
         1 . A portable bottle for keeping fluid cold or hot, comprising: an upper fluid container having a relatively narrow opening at the top, means for closing said opening of said upper fluid container, and a lower sealed container containing a substance that remains cold or hot for several hours, wherein said upper fluid container and said lower sealed container are contiguous to each other.  
     
     
         2 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing keeps said upper fluid container sealed when closed.  
     
     
         3 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing can be opened to put fluid into said upper fluid container or to dispense fluid from it.  
     
     
         4 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing is a screw cap.  
     
     
         5 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing is a nipple.  
     
     
         6 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing is a pull-push closure.  
     
     
         7 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing is a crown cap.  
     
     
         8 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing is a straw.  
     
     
         9 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said means for closing is a can closure.  
     
     
         10 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said lower sealed container is smaller than said upper fluid container.  
     
     
         11 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein the walls of said upper fluid container and said lower sealed container are composed of plastic, or glass, or aluminum, or stainless steel, or rubber or a combination of these materials.  
     
     
         12 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein the walls of said upper fluid container and said lower sealed container are composed of plastic.  
     
     
         13 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein the walls of said upper fluid container and said lower sealed container are composed of glass.  
     
     
         14 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein the walls of said upper fluid container and said lower sealed container are composed of aluminum.  
     
     
         15 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said bottle has a cylindrical shape.  
     
     
         16 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said bottle has comparatively narrow neck.  
     
     
         17 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said substance is composed of hot/cold gel.  
     
     
         18 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said substance is composed of freezable gel, or a hot gel, or a combination of these substances.  
     
     
         19 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said bottle can be placed inside a refrigerator, or a microwave, or similar devices until said substance inside said lower sealed container gets cold or hot.  
     
     
         20 . The bottle of  claim 1  wherein said fluid is a liquid substance such as beverage.
