Consolidated and coordinated gift wrap display

Abstract

A consolidated and coordinated gift wrap and packaging display holds and presents articles for decorative gift wrapping in a spectral and thematic arrangement. The consolidated display includes a plurality of modules, each module displaying a plurality of gift wrap items which are coordinated in color, theme or both, so that the modules are visually distinct among the consolidated display. Each module may contain rolled gift wrap, folded gift wrap, small and large gift bags, ribbon on rolls or in strands, gift cards, novelties or gift wrap accessories. The visual distinction of each module within the display draws consumers to the desired type of gift wrap presentation, and the dense arrangement of coordinated and complimentary gift wrap items encourages selection and purchase of a complete gift wrap ensemble.

1 . A consolidated and coordinated gift wrap display module supporting different types of gift wrap products, the gift wrap display module comprising: 
 a generally vertically disposed panel having a plurality of fixtures for supporting different types of gift wrap products, the gift wrap products including    gift wrap sheets, gift bags, bows and ribbons;    each of the different types of gift wrap products arranged in groups upon the panel, and    colors or themes of the gift wrap products being coordinated.    
   
   
       2 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  further comprising additional types of gift wrap products including gift cards and novelties which are arranged in groups upon the panel and which have colors or themes which are coordinated with other gift wrap products of the gift wrap display.  
   
   
       3 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein the different types of gift wrap products have different sizes and configurations.  
   
   
       4 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein the gift wrap sheets comprise gift wrap sheets which are folded and gift wrap sheets which are rolled, and wherein the gift wrap sheets which are folded are supported by a first fixture and the gift wrap sheets which are rolled are supported by a second fixture.  
   
   
       5 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein the gift bags comprise gift bags of at least two different sizes.  
   
   
       6 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein the bows comprise bows of a first configuration and bows of a second configuration.  
   
   
       7 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein the ribbons comprise ribbons of a first configuration and ribbons of a second configuration.  
   
   
       8 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  further comprising folded tissue paper as a type of gift wrap product.  
   
   
       9 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  further comprising novelties as a type of gift wrap product.  
   
   
       10 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein one type of gift wrap product is supported by a rack fixture attached to the panel, and another type of gift wrap product is supported by hang tags suspended from hook fixtures attached to the panel.  
   
   
       11 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein gift bags are displayed above other types of gift wrap products on the panel of the gift wrap display.  
   
   
       12 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein the gift wrap products are color coordinated such that each type of gift wrap product can be combined with another type of gift wrap product of the gift wrap display module and be coordinated in color.  
   
   
       13 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  in combination with at least one additional gift wrap display module also having different types of gift wrap products arranged in groups upon the panel and having coordinated colors or themes which are different than the themes or colors of the other gift wrap display module.  
   
   
       14 . The gift wrap display modules of  claim 13  wherein panels of the gift wrap display modules are generally aligned.  
   
   
       15 . The gift wrap display module of  claim 1  wherein the fixtures project from the panel a generally uniform distance.  
   
   
       16 . A gift wrap display of gift wrap products comprising: 
 a plurality of gift wrap display modules, each module having a generally vertically oriented panel with fixtures attached thereto for supporting different types of gift wrap products;    the different types of gift wrap products of each module arranged in groups upon the panel and coordinated by color, whereby one type of gift wrap product selected from a module can be used in color coordination with another type of gift wrap product selected from the same module.    
   
   
       17 . The gift wrap display of  claim 16  comprising two or more modules wherein the panels of the modules are generally aligned.  
   
   
       18 . The gift wrap display of  claim 16  wherein the different types of gift wrap products of each module are similarly arranged in groups upon each of the panels of the modules.  
   
   
       19 . The gift wrap display of  claim 16  wherein the different types of gift wrap products of each module are dissimilarly arranged in groups upon each of the panels of the modules.  
   
   
       20 . The gift wrap display of  claim 16  wherein the different types of gift wrap products of each module include sheet gift wrap, gift bags, bows and ribbons.

       22 . The gift wrap display of  claim 20  wherein the sheet gift wrap of a gift wrap display module includes sheet gift wrap in rolled form and in folded form.  
   
   
       23 . The gift wrap display of  claim 20  wherein the gift bags of a gift wrap display module include at least two different sizes of gift bags.  
   
   
       24 . The gift wrap display of  claim 20  wherein the bows of a gift wrap display module include star bows and ribbon-style bows.  
   
   
       25 . The gift wrap display of  claim 20  further comprising different types of gift wrap products including tissue paper, roll ribbon and novelties.  
   
   
       26 . A consolidated and coordinated gift wrap display comprising multiple display modules, each display module having a panel with fixtures supporting different types of gift wrap products, each type of gift wrap product being grouped together on the panel, and each of the types of gift wrap products being color coordinated so that gift wrap products of different types can be selected from the same display module and combined to form a color coordinated gift wrap ensemble.
