One single sheet - fold up carton

Abstract

The enclosed created concept of a single sheet of material, primarily corrugated cardboard and or regular flat cardboard stock scored to desired sizes allows the bottom of said carton to be a seamless section as well the four sides. This accomplished by the unique scored two end sections and the end cutouts as shown in the artwork. Also noted: End sections must correspond to the same proportions as the sides and bottom sizes. Thus making the manufacture of the single sheet material a less step process, as well the assembly of the carton by the end user is minimized!

1 . The elimination of the need to secure the sides of corugated or flat cardboard cartons—by virtue of a seamless system. This accomplished by the specific four diagonal scored lines impressed onto the end corner sections of the flat material stock—once the end corner section scored lines are pressed in—allows the container to be formed without open seams and too including the carton bottom.
