Abstract

Cone Shaped Brella Slipper—is a convenient, sleek, and fashionable method for containment of a closed wet or dry umbrella. Comprised of five essential components: First the Interior Shell constructed of water proof material, thus preventing damage to the Exterior Shell and to maintain the shape and form, has an open bottom end or optional closed bottom end by folding a portion of the bottom end toward the top, secured with a snap or Velcro to contain water from a wet umbrella. The Exterior Shell constructed of a variety of fabric depicting casual style, elegance, or durability. Third, the strap, attached inside or outside the circumference of the upper end, or attached anywhere along the length, to suspend the Brella Slipper from the user's shoulder, which allows adjustment for the height of the user. Fourth, is the Protective Collar, which fits over the lip of the upper or bottom end to protect from wear. Fifth, the out of view Inside Pouch Pocket, with snap or Velcro for closer, of the Interior Shell, or the Slit Pocket, sewn to the inside of the Exterior Shell, with a snap or Velcro closer for security.

1 . A carrying vessel for umbrellas, the Cone Shape Brella Slipper, is comprised of the following five elements:  
   
   
       2 . First being the Interior Soft or Hard Shell, sized to conform to the shape and form of the folded umbrella, coaxially positioned about the Exterior Shell, constructed of a water proof material, either soft or hard polymers, which are by-products of oil refining or coal distillation, having an upper open end dimension of a 8-14 inch circumference, permitting the insertion and storage of the wet umbrella, extending 12 to 32 inches in length, then opens at the bottom to a 2 inch round opening, or has a folded end with a snap or Velcro to secure the fold, to contain moisture from a wet umbrella.  
   
   
       3 . Second being the Exterior Shell, sized to substantially conform the dimensions of the Interior Soft or Hard Shell, constructed of a variety of fabric material, such as denim, cotton, leather, suede, silk, rayon, polyester, velvet, lace, velour, or man made fur.  
   
   
       4 . Third being a strap, to suspend the Cone Shaped Brella Slipper from the user's shoulder, constructed of leather, or matching fabric, attached inside, outside or between the Exterior Shell and Interior Soft or Hard Shell, along the circumference of the upper end, with three variations, first being the fixed strap permanently attached, second being, fixed strap permanently attached with a buckle or Velcro on the strap for adjustment, third being, one end permanently fixed and the other attached along the length of the Brella Slipper, which allows for adjustment for the height of the user.  
   
   
       5 . Fourth being the Protective Collar, sized to conform over the top end and bottom end as a protective addition, constructed of a soft or hard polymer, leather, or metal with holes to accommodate the attachment to the Brella Slipper and Strap.  
   
   
       6 . Fifth, is the out of view Inside Pouch Pocket, with snap or Velcro for closure attached near the upper end, of the Interior Soft or Hard Shell, or the Slit Pocket, sewn to the inside of the Exterior Shell, with a snap or Velcro closure for security.  
   
   
       7 . The Interior Soft or Hard Shell as claimed in  claim 1 , further comprising means for removal, to allow for replacement of incurred damage, or to launder or dry clean the Exterior Shell, which is attached by Velcro or snap, at the upper end. 
 The bottom end is folded and secured with a snap or Velcro to contain rain water from the wet umbrella.
