. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the nattokinase has an amount in a range of 150 to 3000 mg.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises aspirin.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises magnesium.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises niacin.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises nitroglycerine.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition comprises at least two of aspirin, magnesium, and the blood vessel dilator.

. The composition of claim 11 , wherein the composition comprises aspirin and magnesium.

. The composition of claim 11 , wherein the composition comprises aspirin and the blood vessel dilator.

. The composition of claim 11 , wherein the composition comprises magnesium and the blood vessel dilator.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises L-carnitine.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises alpha lipoic acid.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises L-arginine.

. The composition of claim 1 , wherein the composition further comprises coenzyme Q10.

. A method, comprising introducing a composition into a person, wherein the composition comprises nattokinase and at least one of aspirin, magnesium, and a blood vessel dilator, wherein the blood vessel dilator is either niacin or nitroglycerine, and wherein the nattokinase and the at least one of aspirin, magnesium, and the blood vessel dilator each have a therapeutically effective amount for mitigating adverse effects of an imminent or actually-occurring-pernicious thrombotic event in the person.

. The method of claim 17 , wherein the pernicious thrombotic event in the person is a heart attack or stroke in the person.

. The method of claim 17 , wherein the nattokinase has an amount in a range of 150 to 3000 mg.

. The method of claim 17 , wherein the composition comprises aspirin.

. The method of claim 17 , wherein the composition comprises magnesium.

. The method of claim 17 , wherein the composition comprises niacin.

. The method of claim 18 , wherein the composition comprises nitroglycerine.

. The method of claim 17 , wherein the composition comprises at least two of aspirin, magnesium, and the blood vessel dilator.
