Abstract
Streptococcus polypeptides and polynucleotides encoding them are disclosed. Said polypeptides may be useful vaccine components for the prophylaxis or therapy of streptococcus infection in animals. Also disclosed are recombinant methods of producing the protein antigens as well as diagnostic assays for detecting streptococcus bacterial infection.

A polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 332 or a polynucleotide that hybridizes under stringent conditions to the complement of a polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 332, wherein the polypeptide elicits an immune response when administered to an individual.
36 . A polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide which has the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 332.
37 . A polynucleotide that hybridizes under stringent conditions to the complement of polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 332.
38 . A polynucleotide encoding a polypeptide having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO. 332 or a polypeptide having at least 85% sequence similarity to SEQ ID NO. 332, wherein the polypeptide elicits an immune response when administered to an individual.
39 . A vector comprising the polynucleotide of claim 32 .
